Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Familie. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Balkon im oberen Stock ist sehr schön und unsere Bootstour am Abend war sehr stimmungsvoll. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Pros:

Exceptional in a nutshell. Situated a few hundred meters from the beach is this amazing family owned homestay. Neat and clean rooms, value for money, convenient location, a fabulous host serving some yummy finger licking local delicacies especially seafood . We feasted on seafood and
over ate, but no regrets.

Though not on the beach, this place covers up for that with the soothing and pleasing music from nature. What I liked the most was the silence around this place. All you get to hear is uncensored nature - birds, wind, tree leaves and more. They have a good number of pets too at home..

We loved our stay experience. Thank you Prateesh and family, you are doing some amazing service out there - will see you again - soon.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Shore Beach Homestay! The room was comfortable and clean, and the AC was the best we’ve had. The whole property is really beautiful! The location is just a short few minute walk from the beach and shops where you can get drinks and snacks. Most of all, the family was incredibly hospitable and kind. They cooked us excellent breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful jaunt from Cochin- book it! Beautiful nature stay with great hosts and lovely food and tea 💐

Amazing!! Great people :) Beautiful garden and location. Excellent appam!! And coconut korma was beautiful, tea and coffee. Glorious setting. If you’re thinking about heading beyond Cochin- do it!! It seemed nice to drive though Kochi, which I hadn’t been to for like 15+ years, but then again it was nice to get to nature and to a beach further south. I’m glad we came. Nice bed and nicest shower I’d had in awhile. AC works great! And the hosts couldn’t have been kinder. They’re tending to their garden with all the birds and ducks and animals they have around and keeping it so pristine :) They speak a little english - they’re son is studying it more :) Wonderful breakfast. They even gave me a special tea for my tummy after traveling back from Sri Lanka. Really lovely and so worth the car here for an affordable and beautiful stay 🪷✨💫💐🙏🏽🌎💫

Great stay with a wonderful family.
Pros:

Staying here was a great experience! We loved meeting the family who made us feel so welcome. Our train was 12 hours late so we didn't arrive until 9pm and they offered to make us dinner which was delicious! The food here was amazing. The room was good, shower amazing! The best we had in India so far. Their son was really helpful as he translated a lot which was really sweet. We would 100% recommend this place for a couple of nights stay near the beaches in Kochi.

Best Family Homestay
Pros:

We really enjoyed our time there. We were lucky to mostly have the balcony to ourselves which made it even better. Super friendly family who helped us out when we were not feeling our best and always prepared amazing local food. Liked to go for a walk around the backwaters. Mostly quiet.

Cons:

The area around the beach is not especially inviting but nothing about the place itself.

I was so pleased with the service I received from them
The premises was spotless cleaned on a daily basis
The meals was amazing the food was delicious and cooked to perfection

Lovely homestay close to the beach and beautiful little backwater.
Pros:

it’s a well built pretty property in walking distance from the beach and shops run by a lovely family that would make sure you’ll have an enjoyable stay and cover all your needs. Quiet location sitting next door from a lighthouse and a gorgeous little back water fish farm where you can visit and enjoy on a pedal or row boat or a kayak. Rooms and common areas are all very clean and comfy and toilets are immaculate. They offer breakfast and a beautiful colorful and delicious dinner as there are not many restaurant options around. Highly recommended!
