We stayed here recently and I’m genuinely so glad we chose this place. We reached around 11 PM, tired after travel, but Dheeraj & Om Uncle were fully attentive and waiting for us. That late at night, and still such warmth. No rushed check-in, no formality — just a very real, comforting welcome that instantly made it feel like home away from home.

The next morning was our anniversary. Somehow it came up in conversation around 11:30 PM and even at that hour they arranged a lovely cake for us at midnight. It was the sweetest, most unexpected surprise. We genuinely didn’t expect anything at all, which made it even more special and heartwarming for us.

The property itself is extremely well maintained and spotless. Rooms, corners, bathrooms — everything was sparkling clean, even by international standards. You can see the care they put into it. It’s located in the heart of the city, tucked inside narrow lanes — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. Most tourist attractions are nearby and easy to reach, which made everything convenient. The food at their Blue Street Cafe deserves a special mention. The Aloo Paratha was amazing, Paneer Butter Masala was absolutely delicious, and the Chakki ki Sabzi is a must-try. Everything is freshly prepared by Chef Dheeraj and full of flavour.

Throughout our stay, they guided us with the best places to visit, where to eat, how to manage commute and even shared small local details that really helped. Whenever we were out exploring or shopping, we knew we could just call or message if we needed any assistance. That kind of support makes you feel very comfortable in a new city.

Overall, the stay felt warm, personal, and genuinely cared for — and that’s what made it special.

Номер оказался больше, чем ожидал. Сама гостиница представляет собой дом (хавели) в национальном стиле. Номера комфортные и большие, богато украшенные, с кучей мелкий деталей отделки. Чисто и тихо. Горячая вода и ванна в наличии. Персонал решал все наши вопросы, особенно, хочется передать привет Dheeraj. Встал рано утром в темноте, чтобы приготовить нам завтрак, вызвал такси и всегда мгновенно откликался на наши запросы. Для чего даже оставил свой личный номер телефона для связи.

Jaswant Bhawan is a true home away from home. Dheeraj and Om are the most welcoming of hosts, and have made this accomodation our favourite of our trip to India. Comfortable rooms with the charm of a heritage haveli, in the midst of the blue city. Only a 3-4 minute walk to a quieter entrance to the fort. The Blue Street Cafe also was an excellent place to enjoy breakfast and dinner looking out onto the fort. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort - after advising that I couldn’t drink cows milk, the next day they had sourced almond milk for me to enjoy with my coffee without me even asking. We enjoyed chatting with Dheeraj and Om and learning more about Jodphur. A special stay on our trip that we were sad to leave!

Location in the heart of the blue city was fantastic. Dhiraj was a goldmine of information and gave us great tips on where to go and what to do. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was very clean. Fantastic views.
