FEELS MORE LIKE AN AIRBNB... COULD BE BETTER WITH SOME FOOD AVAILABLE ON PROPERTY
Pros:

The property is more like a house where you get your own room. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The property in situation in a beautiful location close to the main road.

Cons:

The worst thing about this property is that it does not have an in house kitchen. You are at the mercy of food delivery apps. Do not expect any room service or help at night as the property is functioning with hardly 2-3 staff who leave at night. At night the property feels almost haunted with absolutely no human in sight. Manipal in general has very poor public transport. So it's imperative that you hire a scooty if you're staying here.

Beautiful villa with best rooms
Pros:

Amazing villa, the rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything is well furnished with nice interiors. I really liked how well maintained the property is, and they also have great food options.
The reception and housekeeping staff were kind and helpful
