Marari kallyani beach homestay

Ambili was incredibly hospitable and welcoming and cooked us the most amazing food. Her son and her husband were also very warm and kind. The room was comfortable and very clean and we loved the hammock. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying near Marari beach to stay here!! You won’t regret it

The location is really good, a few minutes away from the beach. The room is big, has a private bathroom and a small terrace facing the nice garden of the house. Breakfast is great and you can have a fabulous dinner (veggie or fish based) cooked for a really fair price.

Clean and very neat place and our Hosts are excellent, friendly and caring. And the food they prepared was awesome especially the lunch fish curry meals specially made for us we really enjoyed the food. They also arranged milk for our baby....

This is a very unique and beautiful homestay near to the beach. (500m)
Ambily is such a warming and friendly Person. She is doing everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And she is a really good cook, the breakfast is amazing!
The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
Also perfect for a small family.
The balcony and the little flower garden makes this place really lovely to rest.
We totally reccommend this place!

Stay was nice and had a homily feeling.It’s a tiny space around but still you can enjoy your marari days.

We stayed for a week with Ambely and her family and they all were very helpful and made us feel right at home. The place is very close to the beach, shops and public transport nearby. Ambely’s cooking was just amazing, using locally sourced and homegrown products. We are grateful for this wonderful experience and hope to be back one day.

It was a warm hospitality when we stayed there..we weren't feeled away from home..yeah it was an excellent experience out there..Nice behavior too..

the host Ambily and her husband are so kind and so sweet. they tried to make my staying comfortable.
especially Ambily cooking was beyond. it was soooo delicious. I was solo female travel but I felt so safe and comfy.
I felt like a home. whatever i need, they really try their best and make the things really easy for me. and from the beach just really few minutes to walk. I went to the beach everyday. in the morning for yoga. and afternoon. was great location.
I definitely recommend their place. and I already miss them and wanna back there to stay at their place.
I definitely will return their place when I visit Marari.

Amberley is the perfect host. She proactively contacted us before arrival. She was very helpful organising our taxi from the airport and all of our onward travel in Kerala.
The place is cosy and you become part of the family. Amberley’s cooking is outstanding and the portions are bigger than you can manage. Dinner is available on request.
Actually we came back for a second time because the place is great. It is less than 5 minutes walk away from the best beach ever. It’s quite and peaceful.

A highlight of our trip to Kerala! An amazing place with kind and super friendly host! Very quiet location but only few steps from the beach. Absolutely delicious traditional keralan food! Massive breakfast and even bigger dinner! Very helpful host, will give you lots of recommendations what to do in the area. Can organise anything for you, taxi, backwater tour ( which was amazing)…highly recommend! Thank you Ambily for everything!

The hosts were so friendly and helpful. The food was great. Good room, clean and comfortable, with a lovely space to sit outside with a view to the garden. And the beach is very close by, the whole area is fantastic. I recommend it for sure!
