Marvellous Munnar
Pros:

Kani very helpful host... Nothing too much trouble..great English.
View from room lovely. Clean and basic room - not quite as photos - but perfectly serviceable.
Great breakfasts - local food, delicious.

Siva great photographer and knowledgeable about local area. Took us to Madurai in the hotel taxi. Good, safe driver...and gave us some good tips for Madurai.

Mari brilliant guide..very knowledgeable about plants, wildlife, tea gardens and local area. We saw elephant, Indian wild dogs, Malabar squirrels and sambar deer on trip to Top Station. Also Mari number 1 tuk tuk driver.

Cons:

Fish man honking his horn at 7am in the village street outside!

Petit hôtel authentique perché au coeur des montagnes
Pros:

L'emplacement. On pourrait penser que l'hôtel est perdu au milieu des montagnes, mais il y a toujours des tuk tuk pour vous emmener partout.
Le propriétaire était aussi très gentil et à l'écoute, et la nourriture était délicieuse.

Cons:

Rien à dire c'était incroyable.
Je suis restée une nuit de plus.

It was a wonderful stay. The location of the stay was also very advantageous, not that far from the city centre. Yet the views were great. The room was clean and just as shown in the images provided in the app. The host was very kind hearted and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful, very delicious regional food. They had a very good dinner menu as well. So if required, we can order dinner as well. Overall the entire stay was comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Pros:

The view from the balcony was superb, and the staff were very friendly. They were happy to give us excellent recommendations on where to visit around the area, and provided great valet service. Breakfast was also very hearty and wholesome.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were loose hairs on the floors and some stains on the beddings & towels.

Pros:

Nice location with tea estate view. Highly recommended. Food quality is great and staff is friendly and always approachable.

Cons:

Bath towels are very old and heater wasn’t working in one the rooms, but fixed quickly. Location is little interior to city and city connecting roads are horrible.

Amazing place!
Pros:

The stay was wonderful – peace and quiet, a beautiful view from the terrace, constant birdsong, and lovely areas for walking. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were fantastic. I felt amazing there. Highly recommended!
