Pros:

I stayed there for almost a week, as a solo female traveler.
The location was perfect, many very nice places accessible in a few minutes walking.
The host was so nice, friendly and available.
The room is as described, clean, sufficiently spacious and cute.
The neighbors are kind too.

Great stay, pleas fix the ac.
Pros:

I liked the property, it was a nice comfortable home stay. They have 2 rooms both are with ac. One is with attached bathroom, one has bathroom outside. Nice locality, friendly ppl. Nicely decorated like home.

Cons:

The only drawback is the room with attached bathroom’s AC is not in working condition. It works but there is no chillness. Its like another fan. Since I paid for the AC room, I expect it to work. Because of this, I have move to the other room & this room back and forth according to their need. If they fix the ac, it would be great. This time Pune is full of humidity so without ac I struggled a bit.

Good, clean budget accommodation in a good location.
Pros:

Really good location in a quiet residential block of flats, with a handy grocery shop below. Not too far from shops, restaurants, tourist sights. Shared use of the kitchen, fridge and washing machine. Good shower and hot water. Excellent communication with host Manuel before and during the stay.

Cons:

Although we had sole use of the shower room/toilet, it was accessed by the communal hall so lacked privacy.

I really liked the stay at Laxmi Happy home, feels like our home and thanks to Manuel for his kindness and gesture during our stay to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend for Laxmi home stay and would love to stay again whenever i'll be in Pune.
