Quiet and convenient
Pros:

Amazing views, easy walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants, air conditioning and friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast

Cons:

We seemed to have to eat breakfast in our room which was ok but we would have liked to eat in a communal space

הצוות היה אדיב מאוד ונעים, שירות של סחיבת התיקים הכבדים עד החדר כשהגענו, וכשיצאנו סחבומאת התיקים עד הריקשה...
המקום שקט, קרוב לפארק ולמרכז חנויות.
יש מרפסת מקסימה בגג לצפיה על האיזור.
בחדר היה נעים עם ריח טוב, מתקן לתלית בגדים, כורסאות נעימות,, מים חמים באמבטיה, קומקום חשמלי וסוכר קפה ותה, בקיצור כל מה שצריך לשהיה נעימה.

מקום עם אוירה ביתית שקטה.

Pros:

Excellent location
The host and Caretaker are very adjusting and help in whatever way they can.
We were able to keep our luggage one day in advance.
We had an early morning flight and made sure to serve us the breakfast much earlier compared to standard time.

Toilet could have been little better maintained

Pros:

Posizione comoda per esplorare Port Blair, camera ampia e pulitissima, bellissima terrazza dove poter fare colazione. Il proprietario super gentile nell'accoglierci e aiutarci a prenotare il traghetto andata e ritorno per Havelock. Sicuramente tornerò qui.

Cons:

There are several poisonous insects which can harm the tourists any time. Even after that they have forced us to pay extra Rs.300/- what we had to pay. The behaviour was very bad also.

Great place for seeing sights of Port Blair
Pros:

Very nice spacious room. Great view from the room and the terrace where I had breakfast. Breakfast was very nice. Easy to walk to Port Blairs sights and where shops and restaurants are.

Excellent stay! Well worth its value!
Pros:

Great place. I needed a night in a “home” setting. Everything was perfect. A/c worked great, WiFi good, shower nice. The space was large with living room, bedroom, bath and kitchen (no cooking but kettle and dishes).

Cons:

It is on a high floor, but absolutely worth the climb. The stairs were easy, not steep. I had no problem getting up and down.
