Alles :) Super zimmer, mit terrasse, hervorragend ausgestattet, traumhafte gastgeber, gleich in der nähe der strand potrero, einfach toll!

Both the king room and patio with outdoor kitchen were beautiful and large. Friendly and accommodating hosts. Very nice, warm saltwater pool. 5 minute walk to Potrero and Peace Beaches for walking and swimming. Short walk to restaurants. Great dinner at Hemingways on the beach. I'd return here in a heartbeat! Owners live downstairs with two suites upstairs.Thank you Daniel and Charlotte!

Wo soll man anfangen? Alles in allem war es mit die schönste Unterkunft während unseres gesamten Aufenhaltes und unsere Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen. Das Zimmer mit der schönen Terrasse samt Außenküche war ein Traum. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und geschmackvoll ausgestattet bzw. eingerichtet. Der schöne Strand mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen ist fußläufig zu erreichen und trotz zentraler Lage in Potrero ist es sehr ruhig gewesen, da es in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt. Charlotte und Daniel sind die perfekten Gastgeber und 2 so herzliche Menschen, wie man sie selten im Leben trifft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

The location was excellent, the hosts were so welcoming, and the suite was very nice. Convenient kitchen and lots of room for our family of three.

The location is great as it is off the main road a little allowing for quiet but still convenient to walk to a cute little breakfast spot only 200m away. The boutique hotel is very well constructed and kept immaculately. It feels like you are a family guest being welcomed into a home.

L'accueil et les conseils à distance des propriétaires Charlotte et Daniel avec l'appui sur place de Marcella, qui est d'une gentillesse extrême.

Des équipements très très complets et de très haut niveau, la qualité des matériaux choisis, le sens du détail, le goût de la décoration.
La piscine est incroyable et une terrasse immense. Possibilité de mettre son véhicule à l'abri.

L'environnement naturel est exceptionnel.: le jardin est magnifique, présence d'écureuil, de ratons laveurs, d'oiseaux...

La localisation est top : à proximité des belles plages, des commerces et de restaurants sympa.

The location was great. Right near the beach and not far from other beaches. I absolutely loved the beautiful plants on the property. Private room balcony with kitchen amenities that were outside, which I loved. Place to park your car if you have rental. The pool was amazing. I will book again if in CR.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison digne d’un film ! Tout était parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût, et d’une propreté irréprochable. La piscine est magnifique, idéale pour se détendre, et la climatisation a été un vrai plus pendant les journées chaudes. L’hôte a été particulièrement accueillant et disponible, nous aidant à trouver facilement des supermarchés et de très bons restaurants à proximité. Une expérience inoubliable — je recommande sans hésiter !

What makes Casa Papito a 10 out of 10? It's the owners, Charlotte and Daniel. Gracious, welcoming, and always checking to ensure everything is right. When we arrived, Daniel greeted us with homemade bread and homemade mango jelly. Where else does this happen? Only at Casa Papito!

Der Gastgeber Daniel hat uns sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer inkl.Außenküche ist groß u sehr sauber! Daniel hatte gute Tips über die Umgebung,u hat uns über Land und Leute informiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt u der Sonnenuntergang war wunderschön.

Where to start to describe how wonderful our stay was
- the house is just fantastic : large, clean rooms, super decent (canadian/swiss made … as the owner is swiss) and the swimming pool is gorgeous
- the host : daniel was just fabulous , giving tips, baking bread, sharing beach gear, telling stories, … the world would be a better place with more people like him
- the location : playa potrero is a bit more quiet than the surrounding playas (depends on your liking off course) … 200m and you walk onto the beach
If we revisit costa rica, Casa Papito will definitely be booked again

It’s a resort on a small scale, very high quality. The host, Daniel, was very kind and interesting in a good way. You get to park behind an electronic gated fence as well. Restaurants are close by car and one is a short walking distance.

Casa Papito is a true hidden gem in the heart of Playa Potrero. This charming homestay combines comfort, hospitality, and a prime location, making it an ideal relaxing getaway. With access to secure parking and a separate entrance, it provided my husband, baby, and I both privacy and the extra bonus of knowledgeable, multilingual locals just steps away.

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the hosts, Charlotte and Daniel, set the tone for an exceptional experience. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail, not to mention Daniel's delicious homemade bread, made us feel right at home.

Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed, including an extra-large private terrace, fully stocked kitchen, and cozy furnishings (dining set, hammock, lounge chairs and more). We were surrounded by beautiful, native vegetation, which almost gave a treehouse feeling to the accommodation.

The property is perfectly situated, just a short stroll away from restaurants, Potrero Beach, and excellent cafes -Nita is simply lovely and you might just meet the namesake :) There is also a saltwater swimming pool, which we greatly enjoyed for a morning dip, as well as to cool off after a day of exploring.

After such a wonderful experience, this will be our go-to spot when visiting Guanacaste.

The space is big enough for three adults. Even the temporary twin bed was surprisingly comfortable. We only used the kitchen to make coffee but it’s well equipped. The terrace is enormous. The whole place is immaculately clean and maintained, built with quality materials. We enjoyed the soothing international vibe of the “house music” which was a nice option. It feels like you’re staying in the trees, very tranquil. The hosts are so warm! They even offered us to use their compressor to fill our semi-flat tire.

Lovely property owned by wonderful retired couple. Hosts are amazing and welcoming. Recommend checking out gyrocopter tour if you can. Close proximity to Potrero beach and easy access (by car) to nearby Guanacaste beaches. House is well made and accommodation is very spacious with a large outdoor property if you can stomach the heat.
