Overall, the noise significantly affected our stay.
Pros:

Central location. Close to the Old town, public transport, close smal supermarket; some caffe shops.
The room was clean.
The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy accommodation. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend staying here.

The road noise was noticeable, but the main issue was a constant humming sound inside the apartment that ran day and night. In addition, the soundproofing is poor: neighbors and noise from the floor above were clearly audible, especially between 6 and 8 a.m.

Also, note that only liquid hand soap is provided in the bathroom—no shampoo or shower gel. The soap seemed diluted, so it is best to bring your own toiletries. You may also want to bring extra toilet paper, as there was none in our apartment when we arrived late in the evening and it was only provided the next morning.

Jestem zadowolona z warunków pobytu.
Pros:

Korzystna lokalizacja, dobry kontakt z personelem, życzliwe podejście do prośby o zostawienie bagażu przed godziną zameldowania, czystość w pokoju, pokój dobrze urządzony, czajnik, dostępność kawy, herbaty, cukru.

Cons:

W zasadzie wszystko mi się podobało poza jednym elementem: czwarte piętro bez windy, ale jestem seniorką, więc to zrozumiałe, na szczęście nie miałam ciężkiego bagażu. Poza tym wszystko było OK.

Prosiłam dwa razy o wcześniejsze zameldowanie dwa razy i nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi ,po przybyciu na miejsce okazało się że nie ma wolnych pokoi a pobyt był potwierdzony...musieliśmy szukać noclegu a bookingu pobrał kwotę noclegu 😥😥😥

Nie miałam potwierdzenia przyjęcia mnie o wskazanej przeze mnie godzinie. Musiałam sama dzwonić i się upomnieć o telefon kontaktowy do osoby, która miała mnie przyjąć. Po przybyciu, nie miałam kodu dostępu, więc znowu musiałam dzwonić, by ktoś mi otworzył. Szczęśliwie, nie musiałam długo czekać. Ale takie upominanie się o wszystko, wzbudzało moje pewne wątpliwości, czy w ogóle, będę miała nocleg, mimo wcześniejszego opłacenia. A wielokrotnie korzystałam z tego typu noclegów. Poprosiłam też o fakturę za nocleg, już przy wcześniejszych telefonach. Do teraz nie otrzymałam faktury. Ufam, że jeszcze dojdzie emailem...Pokój był 1-osobowy, było duszno, ale w nocy trudno było zasnąć przy otwartym oknie przez słyszalny ruch na ulicy i przelatujące samoloty. Jednak to, co potrzebne na jedną noc, było wystarczające. Łazienka czyściutka i przestronna. Pokoik malutki, ale spodziewałam się, że taki będzie. Lokalizacja, blisko dworca, bardzo dobra.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, jeszcze wrócimy.
Pros:

Czysty i przytulny pokój. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - 10 min tramwajem na Stary Rynek, kilka min spacerkiem do dworca. Prawdopodobnie na ogół spokojna okolica, jednak my akurat trafiliśmy na fetę na po wygranej Kolejorza, która odbywała się na terenie Międzynarodowych Targów, więc było głośno i wesoło.
