Perfect place to stay in Rostock
Pros:

We (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed in the apartment (room 6&7) and it was perfect. Thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Perfectly clean, lots of space, comfy beds and shower with lots of pressure. It was very quiet at night and we had a great night sleep.
A mini-kitchen allows for prep of some food too.
A short walk into town for all the sights.
Free parking at the back.
Great communication from the host.
Highly recommend.

Schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar möglichen Besserungen.
Pros:

Die Wohnung groß und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war top.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren hell und man konnte sie nicht abdunkeln, die Stühle waren unbequem und es gab eine falsche Anschuldigung bezüglich einer Lärmbeschwerde zu einer Uhrzeit, zu der wir nicht mehr in der Wohnung waren.

Tastefully appointed rooms
Pros:

Beautiful rooms & kitchen and in our case balcony.

Cons:

Rented 2 rooms for a family stay. Attendant not friendly and seem not to enjoy her job: Any questions seem to be a bother. An interesting one was when I asked about the wifi credentials, was told I needed to contact Thomas via calling and not texting. After I showed that I clearly wasn’t amused by her lack of professionalism, she realized it and started being more helpful and sent me a text with the credentials. Maybe she had a bad day. Wifi was fine above the cafe but was inexistent in the second building where the 2nd room was located. Nevertheless, rooms were great and tastefully appointed. Buzzer kept ringing in the middle of the night to let people-in in room above lobby but was fine in other room.

Großzügige Zimmer, komfortabel. Aufwändig restauriertes Gebäude in stadtnaher Lage.

Cons:

Zahnputzbecher im Bad fehlen. Anonyme Abwicklung ohne persönlichen Kontakt.
