Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Räumlichkeiten, vom Zimmer über Küche bis zum Bad, richtig schön! Sehr zentral!

Lage, Zimmer und Ausstattung waren perfekt für meinen kurzen Ostsee Trip! Ich habe mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Cons:

Leider war der Check In nicht früher als 15 Uhr möglich. Im Zimmer hätte ich mir noch einen Spiegel und eine Nachttischlampe gewünscht, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Pros:

Wat een fantastisch mooie en sfeervolle plek. Er is met heel veel liefde iets moois van gemaakt en dat zie je in elk detail terug.
Het bed lag heerlijk, het kleine uitzicht was top en het dakraam gaf veel licht en frisse lucht
De gezamenlijke ruimtes waren gezellig en volledig ingericht. Keuken en 2 badkamers met toilet
Ik vond het een hele fijne ervaring en kom graag nog eens terug

Cons:

Het voelt wat ingewikkeld om minimaal 20 minuten voor aankomst te bellen dat je er aan komt.
Zeker als Engels of Duits nog niet helemaal vertrouwd zijn
Wellicht de optie geven om een berichtje te sturen?

empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Pros:

die alte Villa ist gut auf die Beherbergung von Gästen hin renoviert worden. Hell, grosszügig, sauber - alles soweit tip top.
Ich hatte ein riesiges Zimmer und wunderte mich, weshalb es im Zimmer keinen Tisch und Stühle darin hatte. Man möchte in einem so grossen Zimmer auch gerne mal an einem Tisch etwas schreiben. Ikea hätte da sicher noch einige Artikel zur Ergänzung.
Die vollständig mit IKEA Möbeln eingerichtete Küche wirkte gross, modern und war sauber.
Oft fühlen sich solche Unterkünfte wie IKEA Show Rooms an. Irgendwie schade und definitiv ein Kulturverlust.

Cons:

Im Bad wurden nostalgische Armaturen angebracht. Als Folge hat man in der Dusche kaum Platz, um die Türe zu schliessen und sich sogar noch zu waschen. nota bene: ich bin nicht übergewichtig.

Pros:

Toll eingerichtetes Zimmer im 2. Stock der stattlichen Villa. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 5) ging zum Hof und hatte größere Fenster. Wir hatten viel Platz, ein großes Bett und konnten die Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen.

Cons:

Trotz zwei Bädern (eines ist winzig) gibt es früh bei 10 Personen etwas Stau.

Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten sind wunderschön mit den hohen Decken und toll ausgestattet. Die Küche und das Bad werden gemeinsam mit anderen Bewohnern geteilt und sind auch sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Stadt ist super fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Check-In lief unkompliziert.

Mehr Hostel als Villa
Pros:

Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Villa hochwertig restauriert, stilvoll im Empire Stil, liegt zentral in der östlichen Altstadt, schöne Details bei den sehr hochwertigen Holzfenstern, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet

Cons:

Auf eine Gemeinschaftsküche und 1 Gemeinschaftsbad plus eine winzige Nasszelle ohne Fenster mit 1 Dusche und 1 WC kamen 5 Doppelzimmer, also 10 Personen teilten sich eine Wohnung. Das war m.E. in der Beschreibung nicht so angegeben worden.
Die Zimmertüren sind nicht schalldicht, die Holzdielen knarzen extrem laut, jedes Küchengeräusch wird, ja auch morgens um halb 6 machen sich schon Personen einen Tee, wahrgenommen...bis 2 Uhr nachts durften wir dann durch die Decke dem unteren Hausbewohner beim Fernsehen oder Zocken zuhören... Kühlschrank außen war schmuddelig..
Die Zimmer waren im 3. OG, die anderen sogar im 4.OG, für uns noch kein Problem, aber ein älteres Paar hatte schon seine Schwierigkeiten mit 2 Koffern, ohne Aufzug...
Der Hinterhof mit Parkplätzen ist leider noch Baustelle, was ein wenig schade ist, da es doch zum Gesamteindruck gehört...alles in allem OK für 2 Nächte, aber ein Schnäpple war's auch nicht gerade

Tolle, zentrumsnahe Lage

Cons:

Wlan ging leider nicht und das Babybett hat gefehlt. Das wurde uns dann noch gebracht aber da war leider kein Bezug dabei und es war auch schon etwas kaputt.
Im Flur stinkt es sehr.

Top Unterkunft, tolle zentrale Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Der individuelle Stil, die gemütliche Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das Teilen der Bäder mit anderen Gästen ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hat aber gut geklappt.
