Great, cozy place! We will gladly stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful place in a great location close to everything. Everything was clean decorated with style. Having access to a kitchen and a bathtub was a fantastic bonus!

Cons:

The soap dispenser in the showers was empty and it would be a good idea to install mirrors in the rooms - that way traffic for thr bathrooms can be reduced. :)

Чисто, свежий ремонт, удобный матрас, чистая постель, удобный санузел, мини кухня с необходимой посудой (можно приготовить завтрак, заварить кофе…)хорошее размещение вилы (рядом остановка общественного транспорта, магазины и центр города), вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Большой минус это что хозяин вилы не обращает внимание на огромное количество муравьев, которые особенно активны если оставить яблоки или ягоды. Это был кошмар . На фото ягоды которые были изначально в тарелке на столе. По приходу в номер на столе и в тарелке было около 100 штук насекомых

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und wertvoll. Darüber hinaus ist es dank seiner zentralen Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Cons:

Eigentlich keine. Nur WLAN ist ein bißchen schwach

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

- sehr ansprechend und wertig möblierte und neu gestaltetete Unterkunft
- sehr gute Betten bzw. Matratzen
- schöne Umgebung in Rostocks Altstadt

Cons:

Dafür, dass man sich Bäder und Küche mit weiteren Gästezimmern teilt, könnte das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis noch etwas besser sein.

Pros:

Wunderschöne Zimmer in dem Herrenhaus, wir hatten das Eckzimmer und davon begeistert. Guter Standard in der Ausstattung und alles relativ neu in schönem Stil.
Es hat 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche die von allen genutzt werden aber definitiv ausreichen.

Cons:

Wir konnten die Koffer nicht zwischenlagern und eine Bedienung des Lala war eher genervt, die Verwalterin wiederum sehr nett.
Die Lage ist nicht grad in der Innenstadt und Sonntags muss man recht weit laufen um ein Frühstück zu bekommen. Zudem sind die Zimmer 3-4 Stockwerke weit oben, was mit einem schweren Koffer echt mühsam ist..
Der obere Türknauf ist sehr ungünstig gesetzt, sodass man sich leicht die Finger einklemmt, was uns passiert ist.

Great location and everything was really clean and modern.

Very easy check out

Cons:

There are no instructions where you get the keys. You are supposed to figure out yourself that the coffee place in the building is responsible for it. Wasted some time trying to figure it out especially when nobody is answering the bookings listed number

Sehr schöne renovierte Stadtvilla mit vielen besonderen Details. Sehr gute Lage. Sehr sauber und sehr bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück im sehr schönen Café Lala war sehr lecker.
