1 block walk to the bus stop

Cons:

The property is very old. It has everything I need. It looks like there were long term rental tenants live there. They left several large pots (large quantities) of food all over the stove and around the kitchen area and sink which made it difficult to use. They didn’t clean up after themselves. It was also a dirty on the stove. Clothes were left in the washer and dryer which also made it difficult to do the laundry.

Inexpensive stay.
Pros:

Well located for what I needed. An easy 15-20 min walk from the light rail station, or a quick bus ride that drops you at the bottom of the street.
Very clean and nice AC or heat option.

Cons:

Low ceilings, (watch your head!), on the third floor, and the upstairs bathroom had a broken toilet on and off. Bed was okay.
The lower kitchen looked good, though I did not use it.

Cons:

unexpectedly home entrance code did not work after late arrival from Seahawks night game. Quick response while waiting to possibly sleep in the car!

Pros:

It was very quiet and right by the bus stop. There were maps and some additional information provided which was helpful for our stay. The beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

Some guests kept leaving the windows open which seemed unwise since the temperature was only 50° outside.
