Pros:

The best is the location. It's not in the centre of Ella (15min driving) but it's located on the way to Ella Rock, so you can organize a nice hiking. It is better to go in the opposite direction of all the tourists, (don't go down to the station, but up to the village). This path goes through the village, than the monastery, peaks and you can walk down to Ella. I recommend this way.
The host prepares delicious breakfasts and dinners.
The rooms are comfy.

Cons:

It would be much better if there was a warm water in the bathroom. There are ants in the bathroom walking on the walls.
