Sen - Rose Ella

We had two spacious rooms adjacent to each other. Great outdoor space for each of them, with a spectacular view over the mountain opposite and a cascading waterfall outside one of them. Great location being only a short-ish walk to town, but beautifully peaceful

I chose this homeStay for the view, which indeed was wonderful. It was very nice waking up to this landscape and to the smile of our lovely host and her daughters. Her kindness and politeness made our stay so lovely. I hope I will come back soon!!!

Nous avons prit le logement pour 3 avec terrasse et une vue incroyable sur la cascade
Très proche du centre (10min en passant par les rails) et pourtant au calme
Juste en face d’une balançoire que vous pouvez faire pour 500 roupies
Douche chaude ! :)

De locatie heeft een prachtig uitzicht en via de spoorbaan is het centrum snel bereikbaar.

The view is fantastic, incredibly beautiful to wake up and see the waterfall. Very special. The owners are very friendly and kind people.

Posizione ottima, in 5 minuti arrivi al centro di Ella, inoltre la vista dalla terrazza era proprio di fronte a Ravana Ella Waterfall. Colazione fatta in casa buonissima e abbondante.
La proprietaria e la figlia sono molto dolci e premurose.

La struttura si trova a 5 minuti di tuk tuk dalla stazione, immersa nel verde. Il punto di forza è il patio da cui si vede una bellissima cascata. La camera è molto spaziosa e pulita. Il patio è meraviglioso ed è qui che la signora serve colazione e cena. Condogliamo tantissimo questo posto, non solo per la bellezza del luogo ma per la gentilezza della signora e di sua figlia. Cibo ottimo e abbondante

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Wasserfall. Über die Bahngleise in 10min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The view was very nice and it was full of nature, the facilities were very clean and e eeything was on point even with hot water

The views are amazing. Our dinner was exceptional that our host provided for one night. Communication was very good.

The Family is really nice and helpful! They organised scooters and a tranfer to the next spot. The view from the balcony is amazing! You see a waterfall and the Ella Rock!

Dilhani and her family took wonderful care of us, the view is astounding and waking up to the waterfall churning is serene. The room had everything we needed, and so peaceful away from the Ella buzz. However, a lovely 10 min walk along the train tracks gets you into town. From town, a tuktuk is about 400-500 rupees depending on your negotiating. We had delicious and enormous breakfasts everyday which was great prep for all the active sightseeing. One night we stayed in for dinner which was also very tasty, and again huge! Her father let us borrow his umbrella (much needed in Ella!) too which was very kind, as well as offering a tuktuk ride with our stuff when leaving. Thank you so much Dilhani and her lovely family, it was a pleasure to stay with you.

While this property is dislocated from Ella centre, I personally would have the incredible views from the big patio over the hussle and rustle of the town anytime. It’s just a 10mins walk along the rails away, and I even loved adventure in that. You absolutely don’t need A/C in the apartment I’ve stayed at - days are cool with a fan provided and nights are fresh. Bed is comfortable. Homeowners are very nice people, breakfasts are plentiful.
