Book this stay only if you don’t have other choice, this one was not good in any terms, we felt like we got looted.
Pros:

The property is near to the Lake pichola and that is the only point we liked about this property.

Cons:

When the guest check out, The staff don’t clean it properly and we felt our door mats were not clean. The cleaning person was child and that’s what we felt bad to stay there. They send this child after 11:00 pm multiple times for various things like water leakage and all. It was so annoying for sleep. I must say that the owners don’t hire any staff that on kid is only staff.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The location is absolutely unmatched — a breathtaking lake view right at your doorstep, and the nearby bridge just 50 meters away makes you feel like you’ve stepped into Venice. Every sunrise, sunset, and evening walk here felt magical and romantic ✨
The food is incredible — fresh, flavorful, and homely. We genuinely didn’t feel the need to eat anywhere else. But what truly sets this place apart are Uncle and Aunty — warm, caring, and always ready to help, making you feel completely at home. Their hospitality alone makes this place unforgettable.
Everything is conveniently located within walking distance — Gangaur Ghat, Jagdish Temple, and many scenic spots — perfect for couples or families who want to explore Udaipur comfortably. Scooty and bike rentals are available nearby, making it easy to discover the city and beyond.
We stayed 3 nights in the same room and honestly, it felt impossible to leave. The combination of comfort, location, food, and heartfelt hospitality makes Boraj Haveli Guest House a once-in-a-lifetime stay in Udaipur.

The owners were cooperative, they were good in behaviour, helpfull . Location of guest house was good . That Home stay may get be recommended to anyone. I could use the kitchen also for my child. Above all, this may be recommended to anyone.
