Perfect stay, 100% recommend
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here! The riad is beautiful and quiet, and the rooms are spacious! The family was very helpful with all our questions and making us feel at home.
We had 1 dinner at the Riad and it was so so so good!
We would definitely recommend staying here

Fantástico !
Pros:

Fue muy breve pero gracias a todo lo que nos explicaron y ayudaron para trasladarnos, pudimos disfrutar al máximo los dos días que estuvimos allí.
Muy recomendable.
Ojalá podamos volver !

Pros:

Bon accueil, famille charmante,
chambre prête à l’arrivée.

Cons:

Ménage non fait, douche bouchée, affaires déplacées et fenêtres ouvertes pendant notre absence !
Le problème a été signalé, mais la réponse n’a pas été logique ni rassurante, on a donc préféré quitter l’établissement.
Je regrette de pas avoir réclamer le remboursement sur place.

Pros:

Un alojamiento cuidado al detalle. La decoración es preciosa y autentica, la casa y habitaciones amplias. El desayuno estaba muy rico. Vinieron a recogernos al aparcamiento que hay justo al lado, así que es muy cómodo si llevas tu propio coche. Ubicación perfecta y tranquila, a las afueras de la medina. Andando hasta la medina son unos 10 minutos. Está cerca de un sitio donde poder cambiar dinero y comprar tarjeta sim. El personal es encantador.

Wonderful riad - exceptional hospitality - best place to stay!
Pros:

See also my previous review - it was just an amazing stay - we absolutely loved everything - especially the friendliness and exceptional hospitality of Anas and his mother. The room was big - the bed very cosy - everything was clean - the bathroom had an outside window - and the terrace is a great place to hang out! If we ever come back to Fes we‘d definitely love to stay at the riad again - thanks once again :)

Un dépaysement magique
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel, la qualité des repas, la beauté du riad, l'emplacement, les recommandations des hôtes.

Cons:

Léger bémol sur l'aspect commercial qu'a parfois pu revêtir le séjour : petite insistance de la part d'un des hôtes pour adhérer à leurs tours.

The best stay in Fes - highly recommended - felt very welcomed and at home

Die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Reise durch Marokko! Anas und seine Mutter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich. Hier fühlt man sich Zuhause. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr ruhig. Zudem ist sie wunderschön mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich. Wir haben sogar unseren Aufenthalt noch verlängert, weil es uns hier so gut gefallen hat. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Anas und seine Mutter!

Great Location and Authentic Stay with Minor Drawbacks
Pros:

The accommodation was very comfortable and beautifully arranged, with a charming authentic style that really adds to the overall experience. The hosts were extremely kind and always ready to help, making sure we felt welcome and supported throughout our stay.
The location is very good, close to the Medina as well as to public parking.

Cons:

I didn’t like that someone entered the room to turn off the air conditioning. I’m used to coming back to a cooled (or warm, depending on the season) space, and if air conditioning is listed as part of the offer, I expect to be able to use it freely during my stay. This affected the overall comfort and privacy experience.

I had a very, very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed every moment. From the very beginning, I was welcomed with such warmth, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home.

A special thank you to Anas, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions, gave great tips, and was always available—no matter the time of day. Whether I reached out to him or met him at the riad, he was always there and ready to assist.

What I especially appreciated was the almost personal level of care and attention. The family is wonderful, and the riad itself is beautiful and authentic. It truly reflects the culture of Fes in a way you would imagine a traditional riad to be.

I also loved that the historic character of the building has been preserved and brought to life—it made the experience even more special. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

La décoration était magnifique, le personnel été très aimable, des amours ! Au petit soin ! Je recommande notamment c’est très calme on entend rien, et on peut bien dormir. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Le seul petit point négatif c’était des fois le soir quand on voulait se doucher il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Sinon tous le reste parfait
