Pros:

Сподобалось, що при приїзді, мене ніхто не поселив, і персонал не виходив на зв'язок. Коли мороз на вулиці зробився сильнішим і почало темніти, написали, що думали , що мене не буде і не можуть поселити. Бо вони на іншому об'єкті.

Cons:

Саме найкраще було те, що не вибачились. І не запропонували іншого варіанту. А попередньо, писали що в помешканні холодно, і обігрівач дадуть за додаткову плату

Considering the shabby and despicable behavior of the landlady, I didn't like the place at all: the accommodation couldn't be worse, and I warn anyone who thinks it's a good choice because it's cheap. It's the worst choice I've ever made. I have a lot of experience with Kyiv and have lived in all sorts of places. I've never had such problems as I did with this incompetent, despicable, and malicious landlady.who also became a mean thief

Cons:

It wasn't easy to live with this woman even during my stay, because she kept on urging me to keep paying even though I'd already paid for everything. There wasn't much room in the apartment for a single traveler; the kitchen was so full of her stuff that there was barely any room for the guest, but that wasn't really an issue. After I moved out, we agreed to keep additional items with her in exchange for a deposit until my return, which I did on time. Then she started demanding money up front without letting me into the apartment to check if all of my things were actually back, arguing that my room was occupied. In fact, several items I'd mentioned were missing. At the same time, a bulky item was left behind because it wouldn't fit in the transport.Regardless of my missing things, she just wanted more money for storing the largest item. I, Luke, was happy not to have these items taken away and no further payments since my things had cost money after all, she wasn't prepared to do that. She didn't even understand that if payments are made, it is her absolute duty to store them correctly. She doesn't understand at all what agreements mean in detail and I cannot understand why this offer is still being made officially here.
