Cons:

the entire bulding is too old and smell moisture. the room is at the top, 5th floor and no lift. everything in the room are also too old; hence, you cannot understand whether it is clean or not. no recommend, particularly to families.

Pros:

El colchón es cómodo, la habitación es amplia y espaciosa, la ubicacion es magnifica y nosotros al menos no escuchamos a los vecinos ni la calle, es mas si llueve se escucha un sonido muy relajante.

Cons:

La habitación hay que ventilarla bastante porque sino huele a humedad, los elementos de la habitación son un poco antiguos. No tiene ascensor y son 5 pisos. Aun así repetiriamos.

You can spend one night there if there are no other options.

The location is great, of course.

Cons:

Well... spending one night here is okay if there are no other options.To open the car park gate, you have to call the host... that hasn't been thought through.Bear in mind that it's a fifth-floor walk-up; the rooms are located in the attic.I definitely wouldn't choose to stay here a second time.

Na dobroj lokaciji, a bez buke, više supermarketa u blizini, udoban krevet, kuhinja dobro opremljena.

Cons:

Naplatila je dodatno krevet za dete koji se inače već nalazi u sobi, pritom je to kauč koji smo trebali sami da razmestimo. Nije dozvolila da malo dete boravi besplatno iako je spavalo između roditelja. Jastuci su previsoki i tvrdi. Ima samo jedan krovni prozor, pa je teško izvetriti jer je mali i često pada kiša. Stan je u potkrovlju i nema lifta. Vlasnica ne zna nimalo engleski, govori ruski.

Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt
Pros:

W pokoju było absolutnie wszystko, o czym tylko pomyśleliśmy w trakcie krótkiego pobytu. Żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, naczynia, zestaw kawowy, stolik przy którym można zjeść, biurko gdzie można odłożyć rzeczy, podstawowy zestaw kosmetyków prysznicowych, płyn do naczyń, gąbka, nawet ręcznik kuchenny. Łóżko duże i wygodne.
Gospodyni zadbała o detale, dzięki czemu niczego nie brakowało.

Cons:

Odbiór kluczy jest średnio komfortowy - należy zapukać do mieszkania właścicielki (czyli de facto przeszkodzić jej), aby następnie otrzymać klucze i instruktaż. Pani nie mówi po angielsku - mówi po rosyjsku i troszkę po polsku. (Dużym udogodnieniem byłaby skrzynka z kluczami, może obiekt rozważy taką opcję.)

Płatność wyłącznie gotówką (to już raczej rzadko spotykane rozwiązanie).

Piąte piętro bez windy to fakt, o ktorym wiadomo z ogłoszenia. Schody są jednak ergonomiczne :)

Would be great to mention explicitly that the check in is live with the host. I saw the entrance code in the instructions and was sure that it's a self check in, was not very pleasant to listen to the host scolding us that we were too late
