Clean, quiet, daily breakie and cleaning
Pros:

Very responsive host and clean room. Daily breakfast including fruits included and they were delicious. They also have daily cleaning service. Beddings are clean and comfortable. Spacious balcony with peaceful tree view.

Cons:

It’s located inside a small street so car cannot get in, a good 10-12min walk from the main street, it has a very quiet and chill vibe. Shower head is a bit malfunctioning, but water pressure is great. Shower gel/shampoo, some utensils/cups could be provided. Would be nice to have anti-slip mat for bathroom to prevent slipping. But overall for the price, it’s very worthy!

Quarto muito bonito e grande, com visão da floresta. Tudo limpo. Ar condicionado, café da manhã muito bom. Um sossego para dormir.

Cons:

Quem gosta de animais com certeza não gostara da Iguana trancada em um gaiola na entrada, sem água e sem comida em uma gaiola pequena que ela nem conseguia andar.

Sehr schönes Homestay in der Nähe des Zentrums
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber, neu und modern. Schönes Zimmer in ruhigem, grünen Innenhof. Warmes Wasser, gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Sehr freundliche Inhaber. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, Restaurants in der Nähe. Klare Empfehlung!

Very quiet, yet close to everything.

Cons:

I try to avoid buying bottled water (to reduce plastic waste), so I really missed having 5-gallon water dispensers for visitors.

The owner was helpful always with us, I look the bathroom door and he came to fix it fast

Early in the morning you can hear some sounds around.

Sehr ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sowie das kleine, liebevoll zubereitete balinesisches Frühstück. Dazu gibt es frisches Obst. Das Frühstück wird auf dem Balkon des Zimmers serviert

Buena ubicación, cerca del centro de Ubud pero en una zona muy tranquila. Tienen un jardín muy bonita, habitación limpia, muy luminosa y con terraza.

I think it would be more convenient if the host provided a kettle and a few cups for making tea or coffee.
Pros:

The hotel is quite clean. Near the market. However, if you drag a big suitcase by yourself, it will be very tiring. The road to the homestay is very narrow, taxis cannot enter. The owner helped us a lot.

Cons:

There is no kettle so it is very inconvenient. We want to drink tea or have a bowl of noodles in the evening but we can't.
