Pros:

The accommodation was comfortable, a good big bed, comfortable pillows.

Cons:

Next time I would choose another room because there was a lot of noise in the street. I tried to ask to change the room, but my request was ignored. My wife and I had to sit on the street at midnight because the person in charge did not send instructions on how to unlock the door in time. Although I had sent a passport photo on March 16 and again on April 2. The full amount was paid on the day of booking, it was very strange that we did not receive instructions immediately. My wife and I had to look for accommodation in another hotel. We lost one night at the Casamila hotel. In total, we suffered a loss of about 250 euros due to the irresponsible behavior of the staff.

Pros:

Reasonable walking distance from beach. Train and bus stops nearby. Few cafe shops nearby.

Cons:

Room is located on second floor with stairs that are steep and narrow. If you have large suitcase, it will be difficult. Check in time 1500. No facility to store bags prior to check in or after checking out. I arrived at 10 am and had to carry bag to beach until it was time to check in.

Very nice room!
Pros:

Very nice guest house. The room with a balcony has a fridge, which was a big plus! Has A.C. also but we did not use it.
Center location, which means no sea side views from the balcony (obviously). Compared to other rooms, i suspect it is the largest, but alas, its also the noisiest. Since there's a busy road bellow. On a plus side, the supermarket Mercadona is right bellow.

Cons:

Noisy road bellow but it can't be helped. Alicante is a big city, very spacious and with lots of traffic.

La ubicación, la nevera en la habitación y el precio.

Cons:

Edificio viejo sin ascensor. La falta de mantenimiento (luz de la lamparilla del cabezal de la cama fundida y la manguera del telefonillo de la ducha rota)

Pros:

Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez problemu.
Mieszkanie w samym centrum co jest dużym plusem. Pokój czysty i odpowiadał temu co na zdjęciach było, łazienka również choć trochę cierpliwości trzeba mieć aż ciepła woda zleci. Klima, wi-fi wszystko działa sprawnie. Jako baza wypadowa świetne miejsce, wszędzie blisko.

Cons:

Jedyny mały minus okno które się nie domyka, troche ciągnęło, ale dało się dogrzać klimatyzacją.
