Pros:

Staff was polite and washrooms are cleans.

Cons:

While check in, room was not cleaned, they have dust in entire room.

After paying full amount also all listed service not provided like Ac. Very difficult to stay .
Pros:

Only, the room was cleaned before giving to us as the same room from which guest checked out 1 min ago was provided to us.

Cons:

AC was there for show, after so much requesting also, they are switching it for few minutes then switching off, same for the geyser also.
Drinking water not provided.
Only one local soap provided for two days and many persons.
Bathroom was not good, no air can go out, thus bad smell everytime.

Good home stay with acceptable facilities for short stay during a tour. Only issue is that it's bit far from the golden temple, Jalian walabagh etc.

Bad experience
Cons:

Bad experience. They are charging extra than the online booking amount. I have booked 2 interconnected rooms and instead they provided me a single room. Rooms are smelly and washrooms are dirty. Above all even they are charging for drinking water and that too 30 rs for 1 litre. Also location is not good. In this price range you can easily get a room near golden temple.
