Location is ok, just 2 km from Candolim beach. Caretaker Mr Robert is a kind person. 2 rooms with 3 double bed can accomodate 5-6 persons. Ventilation is good.
There is no nearby restaurent so you have to make Tea/breakfast yourself . No food service provided by owner. Rates charged are on higher side.
The Hosts( aunty N uncle) were very hospitable and also helped us in getting cabs and auto.

I liked everything. Although our stay was for a short period but it felt like a home. It also has a balcony for your own reading time, my favorite & the host makes you feel at home and cared. They have thought of everything that one might need during their stay. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.
There was nothing to not like. It was just exceptional.
Rooms were very clean and the owner of the property was very polite and welcoming.

I was little doubtful about how a guest house will look like whether i should book a hotel but to my surprise The Haven excelled in all ways. Whether it be the comfort,the facilities,the host what not.thankyou so much uncle and aunty for being a wonderful host. Now i dont have a second thought of where to book my stay when i come again to Goa.

- its very close to candolim beach and baga and calangute is 30mins drive.if you hire a scooter its all set.
- wonderful host🙂
Cons:
- breakfast option was not there. Even for swiggy it shows 50-60 mins for any restaurant
- wifi should be a lil more better as signal is weak in many places
