Good stay at a budget
Pros:

If you're looking for a budget hotel then this is it. The hotel owner helped us in facilitating Phong Nha tours and Bus tickets to Hanoi. Owner was also helpful in picking us up at late night.

Cons:

The rooms feel like never been cleaned for long time so there is a smell. Beds are as hard as they can be. Also there are no lifts and the circular stairs make it very hard to climb up with huge luggage. There are no restaurants nearby, so do mind the market is 2km away.
