No breakfast was included but there was a simple rudimental menue in the lobby, and they could make an egg sandwich, which was a killer, one of the best we had for breakfast just for 30k.
Stuff was great even with limited English
Blanket had no cover, no extra sheet. Little gross.
The hotel manager, Jenny, helped me with a lot of information and with arranging the transfer for me from Bac Ha to Ha Giang (not simple if yoi are not a local...you need a transfer and someone to handle the booking), literally following me through the journey. She offered me fruit, drinks, candies and icecream too :).

Very nice young staff. Clean everywhere. Big rooms and bathrooms, great quality furniture. The elevator in the building also is an advantage. Very calm in and around.

Very nice staff, comfortable beds and overal nice hostel. We were able to leave our big luggage there during our 4 day ha giang loop trip and we could even take a shower when we got back even though we were not staying there anymore. They have breakfast available if you want. Very good price for what you get.
Staff were very kind. I left my glasses on the table in the lobby and the manager, Jenny, arranged for them to be sent with a bus to Hanoi. Jenny arranged for a bus to pick me up to take me to Tam Song so I go could go to the local market.
The staff were very kind, and they happily allowed us to keep our bags there while doing the Ha Giang loop.

The staff were fantastic, they were so helpful when I was unwell and advised us on a hospital and organised a taxi and allowed us to extend our stay.
Short walk from the bus stop. Great value. Comfortable bed with good air con. Staff very lovely and helped fix an issue late at night in less than 10 minutes.
Hallway is very loud so you are working but noisy neighbours. Bathroom could be cleaner
Jen the owner/manager was very accommodating, let us choose our room as the beds varied in softness/hardness. Laundry service was great.
Super friendly staff, accommodating for a late night check in. However, the beds in our room were very firm. Our friends said their room had comfortable beds though!
