A beautiful traditional homestay run by the family. They are super friendly and helpful. They cook dinner and breakfast on request. Beautifully nestled in the valley over looking the rice paddies. Cute fairy lights at night. It's a quiet and peaceful area. A close walk to other sites and restaurants.
Room was good enough to sleep. The location was great.
The food was too expensive. The owner lady can not speak English at all. We try to communicate with her, but difficult.
This place is for the group tour mainly, so private tour like us are difficult reach good food. We ordered some dinner with their photo on booking.com in advance but, she provided very dried chicken and fried cabbage, salad from outside. And charged $15 for that. Sad...
It could be like $5... anyway we will not come back there and not recommended.
View/location is fantastic! Food in homestay was delicious. Staff lovely.
Booked a private room, huge bed (hard mattress) the room was more like a private bungalow with chairs and a table outside the room. Great value for money.
I was the only guest, had a terrace (supposed to be shared by three different rooms), overlooking the rice paddies and mountains. The whole area is very beautiful and serene.
You can rent a motorbike or bicycle from the owner very easily.
She also cooked for me twice a delicious meal.
The room and shower were basic, but comfortable and very clean.
The owner doesn't speak a word of English, as is the case with almost everyone in this area.
You can still communicate with google translator or just simple gestures.
