No contact from hosts, upon arrival we were unable to check in and left stranded for the evening.
Cons:

Avoid! After booking in advance, the property states it would send check in details the day prior to the stay, we never received this so I attempted to make contact with the hosts, after several failed calls to two separate owner mobiles and several emails. We arrived at the property to find no persons were there and we were not able to gain access to the apartment. Leaving us stranded and having to book a last minute hotel in a quiet town with late check in.
We contacted booking.com who are going to refund the property but were not terribly helpful about finding alternate accommodation.
Booking.com made contact with the owners who have no valid reason for the above. A disappointing and stressful experience.

Angenehme Übernachtung
Pros:

Große Räumlichkeiten, sehr sauber, einfach gut zugänglich, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, einfacher Check-in und schnelle Antwort. Ganz besonders war die Espressomaschine und Kaffee vorhanden ist. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten: etwas zu weiches Bett (komfortables) und keine Nachttischleuchte

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer unkomplizierter Check-in

Cons:

Als wir Nachmittags ankamen roch es extrem modrig so dass wir sofort alle Fenster öffneten. Da wir zu einem Geburtstag mussten beschlossen wir trotzdem eine Nacht dort zu verbringen. Als wir bei Nacht im Bett lagen war der Geruch so schlimm dass wir aufgestanden sind und nach Hause gefahren sind.

Ich würde mich wieder dort einquartieren :)
Pros:

Ich war beruflich zu einer Veranstaltung im Kraftwerk dort. Dafür war die Lage perfekt, nur 400 m Fußweg. Das Haus liegt ruhig und das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Das Bad ist riesig und sehr modern. Das Bett war für mich ein bisschen hart, aber das ist ja auf jeden Fall Geschmacksache.

Une nuit dans une chambre style très chalet/Schwarzwald. Proche de la TK Elevator.
Pros:

La salle de bain, la taille de la chambre. La disponibilité par message avec le propriétaire des lieux. L'accès gratuit au Wifi. Un prix très accessible.

Cons:

La quantité de poussière sous le lit. Il faisait assez froid, donc il n'était pas nécessaire d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Mais ceci est un très bon geste écologique ! Surtout pour passer juste une nuit. La décoration fait très chalet, avec des bustes de chamois, il faut aimer le style. Mais au moins on se sent directement plongé dans la forêt noire.

Wunderschönes großes Zimmer, mit Badezimmer. Das Design ist super und wunderschön. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine die mir jeden Morgen den Tag versüßt hat. Einen Wasserkocher, Tee, Wasser. Ich komme gerne wieder.
