Pros:

The building is located right at the station of Santa Lucia. From the subway you get up and there it is the entrance to the building. Very important for us with our luggage.
The apartment itself is spacious sharing the kitchen and living room, however evenings on the huge patio overlooking the Santa Lucia Hill are spectacular.
Very central, close to San Cristobal park and other attractions.
Victor is an amazing host. Committed to customer service.
I highly recommend it.

Обалденный вид на проспект, холм с парком и основные небоскребы города с большой площадки на крыше, которая является по сути большим балконом этой квартиры. Очень живописный закат. На кухне все есть для готовки. Большой плюс - стиральная машина, в которой хозяин постирал наши вещи и посушил без дополнительно платы. Сам хозяин всем прибывающим проводит инструктаж по городу, где, что почем. Инструктаж короткий и четкий. Хозяин хорошо говорит по-английски. Чувствуешь себя, как будто приехал в квартиру-коммуналку в гости, так как атмосфера очень личная и домашняя.

Cons:

Очень маленькая кухня, больше двух человек в нее не поместится. В квартире несколько отдельных номеров (каждый со своим ключом и ванной с туалетом), но одна кухня. Мы не сталкивались с другими жильцами. Но если жильцов будет много, то кухней придется пользоваться по очереди, благо много места, куда можно вынести с кухни еду и поесть.

Ubicacion y estructura de la casa

Cons:

Hizo calor y tuve que yo mismo buscar un ventilador que estaba en la casa y meterlo a la habitacion, se le consulto al dueño por la tv porque tiene una cuenta conectada de TVCable y no se podia ver la tv y el dueño no respondió.
