Everything about the hotel was amazing. Mr. Rijad is such a helpful and kind person, always ready to assist at any hour and making you feel like part of the family. Everything was truly wonderful.
I had a wonderful stay in Sarajevo. The room was very clean and had an amazing view of the city and the surrounding mountains. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The whole experience was truly amazing, and if I visit Sarajevo again, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.
The location is convenient — about a 25-minute walk to the Old Town, and the return by taxi costs around 5 €
Location. Owner.
Nothing. All good.
Rijad was so kind and helpful when my luggage was delayed - gave his no. For airport lost property, supplied a brand new toothbrush and collected my luggage when I was too sound asleep to heed the call. Finally, I had booked 4 nights with a 1 night break in the middle. I was given the room for 5 nights same charge. Genuinely outstanding.
Plus the location is STUNNING.
I came with a car so I needed a place to leave the car. The building is amongst local houses on a hill, as the name suggests. You can walk to old town in about 20 minutes. I like the serenity in the neighborhood and the various plants that are around the house. Note that it is cash payment only.
I was a little surprised by not only this place but others that only take cash. My room had a few hidden small steps that I kept tripping over on at night.
Guesthouse located on the hill of Sarajevo, a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. Well-maintained location, cosy, clean room equipped with every comfort. Rijad is an extremely friendly, kind and helpful person.
As most of the city, its on the hill, i’m used to i the walking but i believe it might be a problem for some. But the view from the balcony 🥰 The personal was kind, helped with everything I asked for.
I could use more comfy chairs on the balcony, but that’s really if I have to write here something. :))
Very nice place, super View of Sarajevo!
Rijad was so nice to us!
Vlasnik Rijad izuzetno prijatan i gostoprimljiv lokacija lepo mirno mesto 15min do centra, preko puta Konzum market sigurno cu opet posetiti jedno veliko Hvala Rijadu.
İki gece konakladık. Çocuğumuz için park yatak talep ettik. Sağ olsunlar, bu talebimizi hemen yerine getirdiler. Oda tertemizdi.
Our stay at Guesthill House, Sarajevo, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the support and communication from Rijad were second to none – he went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth, from helping us get to the apartment to offering great local tips.
The room itself was lovely, comfortable, and spotless – a real home away from home. The location was ideal for us: about a 30-minute walk to Sarajevo’s Old Town, which we loved as it gave us a chance to take in the city each day. We did plenty of hiking during our stay, and yes, there’s a hill (the name doesn’t lie!), but it’s totally manageable if you’re reasonably fit. For those who prefer not to walk, taxis are cheap and super easy to get.
We didn’t stay long enough! We’ll definitely be back – highly recommended!
