Beautiful home, property and hosts!
Pros:

The owners/hosts were great! Considering we arrived a day late due to hurricane Lala and most of Hilo side was without power, Donna greeted us in the dark, pouring rain with flashlights and kindness. It took my daughter and I about 36 hours when it should have taken 6 - and Donna’s kindness and compassion were very appreciated. We didn’t have power during our entire stay, but they had a generator they powered the property morning hours and evening hours. It was actually quite perfect. Nights were a bit warm with no fans or AC but towards the end of our stay Donna’s husband Steve figured out they could power the generator all night so the ceiling fans worked. It was enough and a great night sleep was had by all! Highly recommend Wild Blue Water and I will definitely look to stay there again. The home and grounds are spectacular!

Cons:

Having power, but honestly-we did fine without it!

Pros:

Struttura sicuramente particolare.con stanza spaziosa e cucina all'aperto. Piscina pulita in mezzo ad uno splendido prato in cima ad scogliera di lava fantastica.

Cons:

La posizione ha pregi e difetti, nel senso che per arrivare si passa attraverso un breve tratto di strada bianca (non danneggia assolutamente la macchina) e non è proprio vicinissimo a volcano. L'aspetto positivo però è che è davvero in cima ad una scogliera bellissima e i servizi principali non sono comunque lontanissimo (circa 15 minuti di auto)

Tranquility by the sea. A dreamy location and atmosphere.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location and beautiful facilities. This is a dream location with gorgeous views of the the sunrise and gorgeous stars. I loved hearing the waves, frogs, and occasional rain storms that would pass by in the night when I left the windows open at night. Though it has an air-conditioner that worked flawlessly I found the night music therapeutic. There were even drawers filled with everything we might need to cook on the veranda along with a microwave and a mini fridge. I absolutely loved the facilities and the location. And the owners were awesome making the process of check in and check out super simple. And its proximity to so many beautiful areas to explore made this spot a real gem.

Cons:

Nothing. It was absolutely amazing.

Fantastica posizione, nel nulla e in mezzo ad una natura incontaminata. Fronte oceano. Cullati dal suono delle onde e dal canto degli uccelli

Cons:

La sistemazione è all’interno della casa dei proprietari, la sensazione è di essere loro ospiti…… quindi sei un po’ in soggezione. La cucina non è una vera cucina ( per noi non è stato un problema, in vacanza non si cucina)

Pros:

This place is beautiful - a private family home with a large garden. We loved the location - quiet, off the beaten track, peaceful, with a staggering view of the ocean from the lava cliffs. The room was beautiful, with a great bathroom and beautiful facilities. We had everything we needed for our self catered stay. The hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful. The avocados and lemons from the fruit trees were much appreciated! We couldn't fault the facilities at all, and loved our stay.

Cons:

We were very lucky to have the whole place almost to ourselves for the week we stayed. It wasn't clear to us from the listing that the property is a private home, with the rooms being accessed through the owner's living room. We also didn't know the garden was a campground. We would have appreciated that information being more upfront and obvious in the listing.

Definitely a great place, (maybe the best) to stay at when on the Big Island of Hawai'i.
Pros:

The location is amazing, room was clean, pool was great/clean, host was very nice and gracious, the dogs were calm and friendly, and the views were to die for. It's close to the 2018 lava flows and beautiful jungle drives.

Cons:

I liked everything, but some travelers should be aware that this is not on the island side where the sandy beaches are and you'll need a car to get there.

A real find off the beaten path.
Pros:

The property is beautiful & well-loved. We liked the salt water pool & privacy.

Cons:

The location is pretty remote, but that is fine with us. We visit family on the Big Island frequently so tourist attractions are not our thing.
