温かいおもてなしで快適でした！
Pros:

とても親切にしていただいて、ありがたく寛げました。部屋も広く、お風呂はバスタブつき、シャワートイレと居心地がよかったです。

Cons:

ソウル駅から徒歩圏内ですが、ちょっと登り坂になるので注意が必要かな？

Gentilezza e accoglienza
Pros:

Il Signor Shin è davvero gentile e ospitale, ci ha accolto nella sua abitazione in modo accogliente, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ci ha fatto assaggiare dei piatti buonissimi e fatto trovare al nostro arrivo delle bevande fresche per riprenderci dal caldo e dalla stanchezza del viaggio (siamo arrivati con ben 4 ore di ritardo). La camera a disposizione è ampia e pulita, perfetta per il nostro primo approccio con la Corea del Sud.

Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione ottimale vicino a Seoul Station. Ben collegato con tutti i punti principali della città in poco tempo a piedi o con poche fermate di metro. La sera consiglio una passeggiata lungo Seoullo7017 che inizia da sotto la struttura. Il proprietario il signor Shin è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Stare a casa sua ci ha permesso di vivere un po' di Corea autentica.

Pros:

老後の夫婦がホストのゲストハウスです。
室内にシャワー、トイレ、冷蔵庫が全て完備されており、
ホテルよりも清潔で靴を脱いで過ごせるので快適です
スタッフのシンさんがとても親切でスイカをいただいたり朝ごはんをご厚意で用意してくださったりしました
あいにく朝ごはんは外で目当てのものがあったので一口だけいただきました

可以住進韓國當地的大樓家裡是很特別的體驗。有Home stay的感覺，下次去首爾還會考慮入住！

Parmi toutes les ouvertures vitrées de la pièce, la plus grande est dotée d'un grand rideau opaque, mais il reste un pan vitré dans la pièce seulement doté d'un simple voilage, nous avons fini notre nuit avec des masques de sommeil

Warm and welcoming owner
Pros:

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Seoul Station. Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mart are conveniently located just across the street. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even taking the time to walk with us and show us some of the area's famous restaurants. We truly appreciated his warm hospitality and kindness

Sentirsi a casa da Mr. Shin
Pros:

Un appartamento dentro l'appartamento, la stanza di Mr Shin è spaziosa e dotata di bagno privato e di una grande quantità di servizi interni e di una bella vista. Oltre a questo, altre due potenzialità: vicinissimo alla stazione centrale dei treni e soprattutto il proprietario, Mr. Shin, un signore gentilissimo, comunicativo e prodigo di consigli per visitare l'area e l'intera città. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
