Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Mr Shin is een unieke persoonlijkheid, elke morgen maakte hij ons vroeg wakker met uitstekende snacks. Niets was teveel voor hem, steeds vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie, dicht tegen het station, grote bedden, netheid.

Cons:

Veel lawaai met de vensters open terwijl we toch op 13de verdieping lagen.

Pros:

Mr Shin and his wife are wonderful hosts.
Location is great as there are a lot of restaurants, shops and metro nearby.
The apartment was clean and spacy.
Mr Shin cooked a tasty breakfast and heloed with luggage.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Location; friendly and caring owners; they got breakfast for us everyday though not part of booking.

Cons:

Access to washing is through a public laundromat and not one available in the property. Thats a small thing to highlight. Also the description should clearly state that the accommodation is a room in the same apartment in which owners live.

Très bon emplacement et bon rapport qualité prix pour Séoul
Pros:

Le calme. La proximité avec la gare de Séoul (métro train KTX) et transport direct au départ de l’aéroport d’incheon.
L’amabilité de Mr Shin qui est au petit soin avec nous.

Pros:

Great location, super close to Seoul station, park with a jogging track, shops! Lots of space. Helpful & responsive host.

I guess, I misread the description, but it's a room in flat. Albeit with a nice private bathroom :)

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly and prompt communications
Mr Shin was warm and helpful. He met us halfway upon arrival to help with the luggage and send us off to the junction of Seoul Station. We had a lovely stroll to Namdaemun Market via Seoullo 7017 from the apartment as per Mr Shin's recommendations.
We were offered fruits, beverages and breakfast
The room was quiet and clean with all the amenities and toiletries needed. We had excellent sleep.

It was a pleasant experience:
- the owner and his wife were very friendly and hospitable;
- the room had everything necessary for personal hygiene: tonics, cleansers, balms, shampoos;
- the owner treated us to Korean cuisine every morning;
- the owner gave advice about the city and how to get to important points

Cons:

The hospitality was sometimes intrusive. This is not a minus, but it may make some people uncomfortable.

Pros:

Der Gastgeber Mr Shin war sehr nett und herzlich. Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, ca. fünf Minuten von der Seoul Station. Auf jeden Fall eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft.
