Would stay again
Pros:

- Very comfy capsule
- Downstairs common space was great for studying
- Other guests were very friendly, as were staff
- Mostly quiet
- Great value
- Comfy bedding, good level of darkness

Cons:

- The bath tap doesn't point into the bath - would have been nice if there was an extendable hose or something so that you don't have to put the showerhead into the bathtub and hope it doesn't fly everywhere
- Little bit far from Ueno Station

Sauberkeit gut, Rest wirklich ausbaufähig
Pros:

Lage ist prima (mehrere U-Bahnstationen) und Sauberkeit super. Die Mailkommunikation über Zugang und Checkout war gut - ansonsten war aber keinerlei Personal vor Ort greifbar.

Cons:

Im Vergleich zu bspw. Kapselhotels gibt es keine zentralen Kofferschränke, sondern nur kleine (sehr laut scheppernde aufgrund des Gitters innen) Lockers, in die max. 1 Rucksack reinpasst. Die Koffer liegen im Flur vor den Betten offen rum. Offen ist schon mal nicht gut, weil man nicht möchte, dass jemand anders rangeht und im Flur vor den Betten ist nicht gut, weil man auch bei größter Umsicht ggf. morgens oder abends einfach jemanden stört, der noch oder schon schläft. Man muss aber beim Aus- und Einchecken an den Koffer ran - das macht Geräusche. Wäre sehr viel sinnvoller, wenn man sie abgetrennt irgendwo hätte. Die Gitter in den Lockers sollten entfernt werden - alles, was man rausnimmt oder reinstellt, macht furchtbare Geräusche.
Eine Rechnung habe ich erst durch Intervention durch Booking erhalten - das sollte auch einfacher laufen, man hat als Gast ein Recht auf eine Rechnung - und wenn das Tage und zig Mails dauert, ist das einfach unpraktisch.
Es gab eine Rezeption im EG, aber es war niemals ein Angestellter da, den man hätte fragen können. Eine chinesische Angestellte (leidlich Japanischkenntnisse) ist mir glücklicherweise über den Weg gelaufen und hat mir bei einem Problem dann geholfen. Hätte ich sie nicht rein zufällig getroffen, hätte ich ein Problem einfach nicht lösen können, da es kein Erklärung dazu gab.
Im Bad gibt es kein Waschbecken - es gibt nur eines vor den Toiletten. Man muss also entweder direkt am Klo Zähneputzen oder im Bad unter der Dusche.

いいところを悪いところが打ち消している

GWだからうるさいお客さんがいるかと覚悟していたがその逆で、大変静かだった

1 初めての利用者には、入口の案内をはっきり示してほしい。
添付の写真の黒っぽい鉄のドアが、このホテルの「入口」です。派手な看板はあるけど、その左奥にあるのはどう見ても従業員用の勝手口。
ドアに貼ってある小せえ字の案内のプリント2枚の上に、黒っぽいドアチャイムがあるのですが、これに気が付くのに、来てからしばらく時間がかかりました。夜だったし。
このビルの事情とかで、入口をここにせざるを得ないのであれば、せめて
「ようこそいらっしゃいませ！こちらのチャイムを押してお待ちください」
などの案内を、チャイムのそばに、でっかい字で目立つように貼っておくべきじゃないですか？
少なくとも、ウェルカムな雰囲気はゼロに等しい。
管理人のかた、日本以外のアジアではこんなのが普通なんですかね。

2 チェックインの時の手順も、案内を見て下さいといって、管理人の方はさっさと消えていきました。
館内Wi-Fiの設定からまずしないといけないとか、いろんな細々した手続は、僕は何とか自分で出来たからいいけど、スマホやネットに不慣れなお客さんは、こりゃ困るだろうなあ。

3 エレベーターで2階へ上がり、出ようとしたら、扉が2cmしか開かずにガタガタいうのみで、エレベーター内に閉じ込められそうになった。
何とか手で動かして脱出しましたが。

4 シャワーの流し口が詰まってて水が流れにくく、泡まみれの水がシャワールームに5cmぐらい溜まった。
ちゃんと掃除してください。
