非常好的体验
Pros:

位置好，离各个地铁线都很近，差不多10分钟左右路程。每天走向地铁站的时候在路过的便利店买早餐吃，很方便。设施方便也很干净。下午3点之前提前来了可以通过自助办理先确定床位放行李

Cheap good option in wow-location
Pros:

There was clean, the room was big enough to keep all things, and the place is really fantastic: subway and JR and Ueno kouen are really near

Cons:

Only one shower for the floor, in the morning easy to see traffic jam there

何とかなりました
Pros:

清潔感があった。
普通のカプセルよりも広く感じた。
意外と寝心地が良かった。

Cons:

入室方法が分からなかったため、問い合わせに電話したが、応答が無かった。自分以外にも困っている人がいた。しばらくして別の方が入室していたため、入室方法が分かった。
玄関鍵の操作がわかりにくいため、説明動画か画像が欲しい。
