Pros:

The location is the best! Very strategic yet, quiet at night. Proximity to Ueno station is life saver. The cubes are large and comfortable. Strong wifi. The shower is good. Self check-in was easy.

Cons:

No staff around, so you have to contact them through the app if you have a question. The free coffee was bad quality instant coffee, barely drinkable. The cleaning lady was rude! It was around 9: 30 in the morning and I wanted to use hair dryer for a minute on low heat. No one was asleep on my floor anyway. She yelled at me, saying on translator that I can't use the dryer before 10 am. She should know that this isn't military camp but a hotel!

Muy limpio, cómodo. Disponibilidad de cocina. Artículos de aseo provistos. Café a libre servicio. Agua caliente

Cons:

No existe personal de recepción. El check in es automático por lo cual era estricto a las 15:00, por más que la mujer q limpiaba ya había terminado de preparar las camas. Pero de todas forma todo fue muy intuitivo y sin complicaciones
