Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ( blisko Zamościa), pyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Udogodnienie w postaci sali zabaw dla dzieci na plus ( dużo zabawek).
Miła obsługa w recepcji hotelowej🙂

W strefie basenowej woda w brodziku dla dzieci za zimna.
Pokój trochę niedokładnie posprzątany( widoczne ślady kurzu). Dodatkowo można by wymienić parę rzeczy np deskę i drzwi w toalecie.

Super, polecam. Na pewno tam wrócimy.

Dobra lokalizacja, fantastyczny personel, dbający o klienta, mega pomocny, Panie same pytały czy wiemy gdzie, co i jak. Prosiliśmy o wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie, telefonicznie nas poinformowano, że pokój jest wcześniej dostępny. Obsługa poprostu świetna. Bywamy w wielu miejscach, ale w tym miejscu obsługa bardzo wyróżnia się na 6+. Pokój czysty, pościel, ręczniki pachnące. Łazienka czysta. Pyszne śniadanie.

Bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i wygodne, a cały obiekt utrzymany na wysokim poziomie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, która dba o komfort gości. Dużym plusem jest również strefa spa z basenem i saunami – idealna na relaks po całym dniu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Zamościu.

Moment meldowania pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Młody, początkujący pracownik puszczony samopas na głęboką wodę, nie wiedział jaki klucz dać i do jakiego pokoju, dał nam kilka kluczy żebyśmy sprawdzili, który pasuje.
