Duże pokoje, wysprzątane na błysk Smaczne śniadanie z dużym wyborem produktów. Dwie sale zabaw - dla malucha i starszych dzieci. Przyjemny basen. I pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Nie działało WiFi. Poza tym wszystko zgodnie z opisem i ustaleniami.

Świetny pobyt – zdecydowanie polecam!
Bardzo udany pobyt w hotelu. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i wygodne, a cały obiekt utrzymany na wysokim poziomie. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, która dba o komfort gości. Dużym plusem jest również strefa spa z basenem i saunami – idealna na relaks po całym dniu. Śniadania bardzo smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Na pewno chętnie wrócimy przy kolejnej wizycie w Zamościu.

Śniadania przepyszne, bardzo duży wybór wszystkiego, lokalizacja ok, do rynku samochodem 7 minut, piechotą ok 35 minut. Basen i strefa spa dostępna od 9.00do 21.00

Cons:

Moment meldowania pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Młody, początkujący pracownik puszczony samopas na głęboką wodę, nie wiedział jaki klucz dać i do jakiego pokoju, dał nam kilka kluczy żebyśmy sprawdzili, który pasuje.

Очень уютный большой двухкомнатный номер з мини-кухней, холодильником, плитой, уютной ванной, есть фен, очень хороший завтрак ( шведская линия)

Cons:

Нет никаких тряпочек, полотенец на кухне, хотя бы бумажные могли бы быть, халаты в спа только для тех, кто проживает в отеле, тапочек в номере тоже нет, чуть прохладный басейн

Very comfortable apartment, all needed amenities, clean and warm. Beautiful place
All day access to very good spa area , very good breakfast and staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful they went beyond helpful to accommodate us . Highly recommend place
