Relaxing and homely for an overnight stay
Pros:

Although near the train Path very relaxing. Spacious. Very clean. Comfortable and homely. Healthy breakfast. Definetely the best place for an overnight stay

everything was lovely but i had no wifi signal on my phone or devices at the property and not wifi was provided so was unable to work, so not suitable for work related travel.

Lovely, the home has a calmness to it and is well maintained.
Pros:

The property is beautiful, located next to a small lake with wonderful views of the ranges and birdlife.

Cons:

Unfortunately the road noise, however that is something I am not use to, if you are use to road noise it may not bother you. Its not really something that the owners can do much about.

The perfect place to stay. I cannot wait to come back!
Pros:

An absolutely beautiful location! I enjoyed the opportunity to walk around the property and also to sit out and look at the surrounds.

The breakfast was so thoughtful. The rooms very well appointment.

Heating was excellent!

Perfect Location for some RnR - Highly recommend
Pros:

Everything, the simple little touches of bread. Milk n breaky in the fridge, the beautiful scenery, the spacious room and facilities for ease of mobility for my mother's needs. Nature and beauty of the home was just perfect for our short stop over. Thanks Andrea and Anthony.

Honestly, how’s the serenity undersells this place a lot!
Pros:

The location, just off the main road, was surprisingly quiet this time, or at least, I didn’t hear anything.
The breakfast was delicious and the entire journey was finished well by a night in this place.

Cons:

I didn’t like arriving as late as I did . THAMKS JETSTAR! Other than that it was great.

Lovely place and really welcoming.
Pros:

Clean, new and really welcoming. Great communication and asked if we wanted things cleaned or restocked.

Cons:

The train noise, but the tried really hard to accommodate for that.
