Tout d’abord un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance.
À chaque étape de notre séjour Lynn nous a aidé à trouver ce dont on avait besoin. Elle a aussi su faire preuve de patience et bienveillance quand nous avons cru avoir perdu les clefs (fausse alerte elles étaient au fond de mon sac).
La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le toit terrasse offre une belle vue sur le village et les montagnes.

Tout était formidable , on a pu arriver tôt le matin, très pratique . L’hôte est toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins ou de nos demandes et fait en sorte que tout soit facile pour nous . Si vous avez besoins de conseils n’hésitez pas !!. On a pu réserver en dernière minute une excursion sur la Baie d’Ha Long par le biais de l’hôte et pareil pour notre bus retour . Foncez

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nhan et son mari à Cat Ba ! C’est un couple adorable, sincère et authentique, qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur et de générosité. Ils nous ont même invités à partager un repas avec eux et nous ont donné de précieux conseils pour découvrir la région : croisière dans la baie d’Ha Long, lieux à visiter et parc national. Ils proposent également la location de scooters et nous ont gentiment aidés à réserver notre bus pour Ha Giang.

Les prix qu’ils proposent sont très compétitifs, souvent bien inférieurs à ceux que l’on peut trouver en ligne, que ce soit pour les activités ou les services proposés. On sent qu’ils ont vraiment à cœur d’aider leurs hôtes plutôt que de simplement faire du commerce.

Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par leur gentillesse, leur authenticité et leur générosité. Nous avons tellement apprécié les moments passés avec eux que nous les avons invités au restaurant pour les remercier et partager une dernière soirée ensemble avant notre départ.

Nous recommandons sincèrement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Cat Ba dans une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Vous serez accueillis par des personnes formidables et repartirez certainement avec de très beaux souvenirs. Un grand merci à Nhan et à son mari pour cette belle rencontre ! ❤️

Fantastic homestay! The rooms are so modern and lovely. Host is very enthusiastic and caring and keen to chat. She is just opening up three more rooms on the top floor with incredible mountain and town views, with a patio and chairs to sit. Would definitely be worth checking out :)

Nous ne regrettons absolument pas d’avoir séjourné dans cette magnifique Homestay. La famille qui vous accueille est très sympathique. L’hôtel est très facilement accessible à pied depuis le centre de la ville à moins de 15 minutes de marche.
Nous avons réservé l’excursion sur la baie par l’intermédiaire de l’hote.
Nous avons également loué un scooter à l’hôte pour visiter l’île.
Nous avons également eu de l’aide pour la réservation de nos Transport pour venir et partir.
Tous les prix pratiquaient sont ultra compétitif et inférieur à ce qu’on peut trouver en ligne.
On se sent comme à la maison, nous avons été invité pour le dîner avec la famille.
Les petits déjeuners sont variés. Nous sommes restés trois nuits nous n’avons pas mangé une seule fois la même chose le matin ce qui est vraiment exceptionnel et une belle marque d’attention. Nous ne pouvons que recommander d’y séjourner.

Calm location nearby the street that is not crowded with tourists, family running this homestay is very welcoming and warm, helped me organize trip around Lan Ha Bay, rented me a motorbike, made breakfast every morning. Rooms are nice, clean, there are hot showers as well, it is quiet at all times of the day. Distance to the beach is around 10min by foot, the beach closest to this homestay is also one of the best and not as crowded as the other ones.

J'ai passé le Têt dans la homestay et nos hôtes m'ont convié à leurs repas en famille. Ils sont très attentionnés.Le logement est bien situé et très propre.

Byl to pohodlný homestay, s chutnou snídaní. Nejlepší byla moc milá majitelka, která nám pomohla zařídit vše, co jsme potřebovali. Zařídila nám nejen příjemnou malou plavbu na 2 dny v Lan Ha bay, také večerní plavbu na svítící plankton, půjčení skútru,… Majitelka umí skvěle anglicky a pobyt na Cat Ba byl díky ní velmi příjemný.

Beautifull homestay with the best owners! They were very welcoming and proactive. They helped even set up a boat trip for a good price!

It was very homey. The host took amazing care of us and also arranged a lot ( a tour, a scooter, and the bus back). Also the breakfast is arranged when we needed it and is very delicious.

This was our best accommodation in Vietnam 🇻🇳 so far – run by a very kind and hospitable family who helped us tremendously by organizing our travel onto and off the island and signing us up for a well-organized boat trip around the bay at an affordable price. They even rent scooters, although we didn't have the need for those in the end. The room itself is very basic but it has a decent size plus air conditioning. We also liked the location: close enough to the town center (~15 min walk) but in a quiet side street, not on the busy main road. All in all a very good value for money on Cat Ba, and we would gladly stay here again if we're ever back on the island 👌

WE love everything here ! The family of the homestay was very nice and helpful with us. They invite us to share the Tet dinner with all the family which was a very nice moment 😊 WE also get help to book our boat tour and our bus tickets with good prices. The room and bathroom are well furnished and very clean. WE felt very comfortable. The homestay is well located not too far from restaurants and shops. WE had a great stay and recommend Rustic Homestay 100%

Exceptionally warm & friendly welcome from Nhan & her husband at this excellent homestay. Well located down a quiet alley, but within walking distance of restaurants, harbour & beaches. Nhan arranged all our transport from Ninh Binh and onto Hanoi. Also fabulous boat trip. Freshly cooked breakfast and we were invited to share dinner with the family. Scooter available to explore National park. Highly recommended

Amazing location, nice and quiet. The owner helped us book busses from and to, rented us a scooter and booked our tour. It was great. Amazing room with plenty or room and large bathroom

"I had an amazing stay at this accommodation on Cat Ba Island, Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hosts, a lovely couple who made me feel right at home. They even offered free transportation from the bus stop to the apartment, which was a great convenience.

The rooms are exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean. The included breakfast was a highlight of my stay, offering traditional Vietnamese dishes prepared with care and love.

One of the best parts about staying here is the opportunity to book tours and activities directly through the hosts. Their local knowledge and personal touch made every experience unique and memorable.
