The staff are friendly and helpful, room is spacious and comfortable, not facing main road ,quiet during night time.

A bit far from the central areas

property advertise as wheelchair accessible but lift is so small that wheelchair can’t get through. bath room door is narrow that wheelchair can’t get through.

5 DAYS OF COLD WATER SHOWERS !!!
management have rightly installed solar heating systems for each bungalow, however they only work when there’s lots of sunshine, and can only provide hot water late in the afternoon.
There is NO back up system to provide hot water in the morning or if there is a cloudy/ rainy day (which happens a lot in monsoon season)
After 5 days of only cold (not tepid - COLD) showers, we were happy to leave and will not be returning, a shame really as it’s a nice resort.

Staff are amazing and very helpful. Free parking and WIFi and nice coffee brought to your room when you ordered it. Very spacious 3 bedroom apartment.
One bed wasn’t very comfortable as it is has a very thin mattress which is normal at some places in Vietnam. No curtains on the bathroom windows which woke me up early
because of the early sunrise. Not a big deal as it might not affect some people.
