Estaba bien grande limpio y no era imposible de venir con autobus si estabaa con alguinas personas mas sale mas rentable era algo caro para mi pero esta hecho por 4 personas. El sitio esta bien con piscina cual no lo vi en el anuncio si si habra reservada mas dias quizas.no era mala por precio si viene con mas personas y verdad tenia casi todo para mi porque solo habia otra pareja y el gato cual me enamore...fue triste deja por la gatita. .y Guime tambien tranquillo y buena vista pero viento y fresco si. La piscina estaba calentaba por solar y fue bien temp pornuna piscina fuera y fuera de temporada y hoy tib tambien funcionando bien. Todo bien volvere si

Que ire solo. Es un espacio muy grande. La ventana de mi cuarto 5 no abrieron eso no me gusta no sais si porque esta alta seguridad ect o se ha perdido llave pero una cosa pequeno. La gente me ayudaba con cual quiere probema muy bien todo biene

Quiet and ideal for me.
Pros:

Very quiet, comfortable bed, and powerful hot shower. Close to airport, easy to find, able to park right outside. Hiperdino supermarket short drive away too.

Cons:

No check in instructions, so had to phone owner. Pleased that she was easy to contact. Shower took too long to drain, so water pooled.

Nos gustó la ubicación, muy estratégica y cerca del aeropuerto. Unas muy buenas vistas. Zonas comunes.

Cons:

No nos gustó que las puertas no cerraban bien, las ventanas no se podian abrir estaban bloqueadas y mojabas todo el baño por qué se salía el agua cuándo hacías la ducha. La cama sonaba al moverte, no era nada cómoda la verdad. Lo demás estuvo ok.

Safe and good room, but some comfort issues.
Pros:

The location is perfect, very quiet with a really nice view. What I loved most was the spa, especially the hot tub and the pool. The room was spacious enough for two, and the bathroom was great with both a shower and a tub. I truly felt at home here, even though there are a few small things that could use some improvement.

Cons:

The room itself was good, though unfortunately, it lost electricity during the rainy weather. While guests handled their own dishes, the kitchen drying rack was always full, making it hard to find space. I also found the house quite cold at night since the doors were left open all day and night. While the place feels very safe—no complaints there—the overall comfort could be improved with better heating and kitchen maintenance.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, pero la cama es incómoda las tablas se ruedan y suena . Falta alguna ventana de ventilación en el baño hay una pero en la habitación solo tienes la puerta de entrada, hay un ventilador pero está lleno de polvo y está oxidado, no es apto para alérgicos…. La limpieza es mejorable. La comunicación con los dueños es buena .

La habitación al hacer el check-in no estaba hecha
No habia nadie de personal para ayudar en esos casos, la propietaria no era local, era de fuera y estaba en su pais (UK) - nos dimos cuenta más tarde y nos dio pena no haber priorizado a la gente local que trabaja en Canarias desde toda su vida, y hubieramos ido a un negocio estrangero que es ultra competitivo y se aprovecha de los precios locales para comprarse una casa y ni siquiera dar servicio en español

Estancia desagradable por falta de limpieza y humedades
Pros:

La ubicación, facilidad de parking y las vistas desde las zonas comunes.

Cons:

Falta absoluta de limpieza en la habitación y el baño. Problemas de humedades en las paredes y techo, crea un ambiente con mal olor e incómodo; en el baño algunas zonas de las paredes estaban llenas de hongos blancos en forma de espuma, horrible. La ducha está rota y se sale todo el agua, tuvimos que secarlo con nuestras propias toallas y al día siguiente no pudimos tener reposición de nuevas toallas porque era domingo… nos dijeron que las buscáramos en la zona de lavandería que nunca encontramos. Había pequeñas hormigas en la nevera dentro de la habitación. Además, la persona que gestiona el alojamiento solo habla en inglés, tuvimos que llamarla al llegar porque era de noche y no habla nada de español, los mensajes del chat también los responde en inglés…. En ninguna parte de Booking pone que se tenga que comunicar con el alojamiento solo en inglés…. Ha sido una estancia bastante desagradable la verdad.

Doskonałe miejsce do pobytu i zwiedzania atrakcji Lanzarote

Czystość bardzo dobra. Wyposażenie apartamentu wspaniałe. Proces zameldowania idealny. Położenie dobre. Ale do najbliższych lokali gastronomicznych i sklepów (duże centrum handlowe) jest około 3 km, a do najbliższej plaży ok. 3,5 km. Dlatego wskazane jest posiadanie samochodu. Co ułatwia poruszanie się po wyspie i zwiedzanie. Mimo iż komunikacja publiczna jest rozbudowana i sprawna, ale częstotliwość kursów jest niezbyt zadowalająca. Kuchnia ogólna do użytku dla wszystkich gości jest duża i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Taras z basenem i duża loggia stanowią wspaniałe miejsce do wypicia kawy, a nawet zjedzenia śniadania lub kolacji przy jednoczesnym podziwianiu wspaniałych widoków na ocean i lotnisko. Jako że obiekt położony jest na wzniesieniu. Dodatkowym pozytywem jest wyposażenie apartamentu w indywidualną lodówkę oraz zapewnienie dużej ilości kawy i herbaty oraz słodkich przekąsek. W całym obiekcie jest dobre WiFi. Dopełnieniem jest pojemny, prywatny parking.

Cons:

Telewizor nie odbiera ogólnodostępnych programów, a jedynie zapewnia dostęp do serwisów streamingowych typu Netflix (odpłatnych).
