BELLA STRUTTURA MA DA SEGUIRE
Pros:

La struttura in sé è davvero molto bella e ha un grande potenziale. Purtroppo, però, la manutenzione e soprattutto la pulizia lasciano molto a desiderare. Nel bagno era presente della muffa in un angolo e, in generale, gli ambienti non davano una sensazione di particolare cura.
Anche la camera risulta poco arieggiata non essendoci una finestra se non una porta finestra che permette l'accesso a chiunque se lasciata aperta o comunque non ha un'apertura adeguata per il circolo dell'aria e tende a ristagnare, soprattutto considerando che la stanza deve necessariamente rimanere chiusa.
È davvero un peccato, perché la casa è molto bella esteticamente, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore attenzione, manutenzione e soprattutto di una pulizia decisamente più accurata.

Purtroppo ci sono diversi aspetti che non mi sono piaciuti, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e la manutenzione.
La piscina era sporca e anche la vasca idromassaggio, che di per sé è davvero bellissima, aveva l’acqua e le pareti interne tendenti al verde, cosa che dava chiaramente l’impressione che non venisse pulita da un po’. Anche considerando che gli ospiti possano farsi la doccia prima di utilizzarla, credo che una struttura di questo tipo richieda molta più attenzione alla pulizia degli spazi comuni.
Abbiamo inoltre trovato diverse cose poco pulite ed è davvero un peccato, perché la struttura in sé è molto bella e avrebbe un grande potenziale.
Nella nostra camera, al piano terra, abbiamo riscontrato anche della muffa in bagno e poca aerazione. La stanza era piuttosto piccola, senza cucina e con poca possibilità di far circolare l’aria. La struttura dispone comunque di diverse camere, quindi è possibile che le altre sistemazioni siano più spaziose o meglio organizzate rispetto a quella che abbiamo avuto noi.
Nel complesso, servirebbero sicuramente maggiore cura, manutenzione e soprattutto più attenzione alla pulizia.
Spero venga presa non come critica ma come un migliorarsi

Pros:

El alojamiento se encuentra en el centro de la isla.
Disponía de champu, acondicionador y gel en la ducha.
También contaba en la habitación con cafetera de cápsulas, hervidor de agua, microondas y nevera, así como detalle de cápsulas, azucarillos, vasos, tazas, infusiones, etc.
Había secador de pelo, una plancha y una tabla de planchar en la habitación.
No vimos en ningún momento a los propietarios en la casa (solo íbamos a dormir).
La piscina y el jacuzzi los utilizamos el ultimo día, antes de irnos por la mañana, ambos tenían el agua calentita y se pueden utilizar sin problema.
La verdad es que estuvo muy bien el alojamiento, cumplió lo que buscábamos. Recomiendo llevar antimosquitos para mejorar la estancia, ya que no hay aire acondicionado y al dejar la ventana abierta, entran y no dejan dormir a la noche

Cons:

Tenia pequeños detalles a mejorar: faltaba el botón del water, tenia una bombilla fundida en el baño, las luces del baño eran de dos colores y las sabana bajera tenia una pequeña mancha.

Did I mention the pool and jakuzzi?
Pros:

Honestly this place was such a lovely surprise for me. I didn't expect much from it, I just needed a place close to the airport but we enjoyed it so much, we spent most of our time here.

The rooms were comfortable, bathroom great, massive living room and well equipped kithcen. The balcony was incredible with views over the airport and the sea and of course the jacuzzi and the swimming pool. Cute little bar 4 minutes away and a supermarket about 10 minutes on foot.

Shoutout to staff as well, the lady working there was very friendly and helpful. She allowed us to linger a bit after checkout time and helped us out with calling a taxi.

I'm not sure why this place is rated so low. Everything was great. We didn't see any bugs or cockroaches mentioned by other reviews. Everything was very clean. The pool and jakuzzi was cleaned when we were there so they definitely care about it.

I recommend staying here. Unbeatable value.
