Pros:

I switched rooms after the first night because it was too hot without air conditioning in the first room. But they were very kind and offered a change of room free of charged after I asked. That room was much more comfortable. The location is also quite convenient and it’s good value for money.

Cons:

Only that the first room didn’t have air conditioning. So in summer be careful which room you book.

Personale della reception molto molto gentile. Ottimo parcheggio.

Cons:

Se parcheggi nell’albergo l’indomani mattina ti ritrovi 21€ da pagare, assolutamente non menzionato da nessuno al check in e nemmeno da Booking che scrive parcheggio interno gratuito.
Le camere della Guest house sono la cosa peggiore che puoi trovare. Piccole, anguste e soprattutto sono dei forni. A Stoccarda c’erano 36 gradi e queste camere non hanno l’aria condizionata.

situé proche du centre ville , parking et centre commercial a proximité.

Cons:

rue très bruyante , pas de climatisation, une fournaise impossible de dormir !

Super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für einen Aufenthalt im Stuttgarter Süden
Pros:

Lage ist Top. Von S-bzw U-Bahn Haltestelle Stadtmitte über Ausgang Sophienstrasse nach nur wenigen Metern beim Hotel. Einchecken über Hotel Royal klappte Super, ich hatte im Vorfeld um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und einen Wasserkocher. Habe beides erhalten. Habe gut geschlafen, für meine Bedürfnisse war alles vorhanden. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt
