Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit 1,80m Bett und Fenster im Zimmer und im Bad.

Cons:

Man läuft ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, bis man am zentralen Fluss der Altstadt ist.

Pros:

We stayed for two nights and the hostess customised suits for us. We were also able to do our laundry there and rent bikes. The homestay is very well located in a quieter street, but you can quickly reach the busier streets on foot.

Pros:

I was desperated because my chosen hotel confirmed booking automatically but apararently they were overbooked (they send an email after but missed). The place is inside a clothes maker shop. I am glad they had a place for me to stay.

Cons:

.I ended up here after my original hotel cancelled my booking last minute, and I only realized it when I arrived at 8:00 PM. This place was nearby and saved the night. I stayed in a 4-person room solo for the first night.
​The only downside was the communication. They offered me a smaller, more suitable room only after I was checking out. If they had mentioned the smaller room earlier, I likely would have stayed for my second night instead of having to find another place.

Pros:

Place is made by the homestay hosts who were smiley, friendly and lovely. Rooms good for the price, large, decent shower. Good location near old town, tailoring on site which we used and were pleased with!

Cons:

Would have liked some water provided with the rooms, especially on arrival.

La propriétaire était très désagréable . À peine arrivé elle voulait nous vendre ses vêtements, aucun problème pour nous mais nous n’avions même pas déposer nos bagages, trop insistante , nous n’étions pas intéressé et cela a dû la vexé car elle devenue exécrable à partir du moment où elle a compris que nous n’achèterions pas ces produits . De plus nous y étions pendant les inondations ce qui n’est pas de sa faute . Mais nous avons dû nettoyer le sol par nous même avec une serpillère sale - de l’eau sortait du plancher à cause de la pluie. Elle m’a fourni des serviettes sales pour éponger le sol … une odeur d’ammoniaque se dégageait du sol en raison de l’humidité et de la pluie . C’était irrespirable, nos gorges brûlaient et nos yeux piquaient . Nous avons donc quitté l’établissement plus tôt pour des raison évidentes de santé plus que de confort . Ce qui ne nous a pas enchanté au vue des inondations de HOi AN à ce moment là .
Dommage car nous avions choisi cet établissement grâce au commentaire élogieux . J’imagine que c’est exceptionnel .

The owners are nice, and very accommodating.
Pros:

Location and affordability.

Cons:

Hard to find the location, can’t find the drop off so better to search the signages as it was not look like the same photo of the hotel in the front, you may understand the rest once you book here as they still place their garments business in the front and covered the signaes so it’s too hard to find out the location thru this.
