Cons:

STAY AWAY HERE — THEY STEAL!

I never have written a review like this,
And was hoping to never do this.
But this was awful.

At the beginning the room seemed pretty nice even though the bedsheets weren’t quite clean and it smelled a bit. The room was a decent size.

They did give us another room than the booking said, but that was okay with the noise of the street.

But we had a very disturbing experience at this homestay. On the day we arrived, we counted our cash carefully and left €100 inside a black wallet in our room. Two days later, €50 had disappeared.

Nobody except staff had access to the room during our stay, which makes this extremely concerning. We travel often and have never experienced theft like this before.

What upset us most was the feeling that someone entered our private space and went through our belongings. Instead of feeling safe and welcome, we felt uncomfortable and violated.

We reported the issue directly to the owner and gave them the opportunity to handle it properly before posting this review. Unfortunately, this completely damaged our trust in the accommodation.

Future guests should be very careful with valuables if staying here!

Udany urlop w 5 coconut villa.

Wszystko. Ogromne pokoje z klimatyzacją i wygodnym łóżkiem, lokalizacja świetna w pobliżu coconut boats, stare miasto Hoi an, plaża. Wszystko w odległości 3 km. Można pożyczyć rowery albo skuter. Bardzo dobre i tanie jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji.Wszystko świeże i smakiwite. Śniadania z karty. Do śniadania do wyboru soki ze świeżych owoców lub kawa i talerz owoców.W pobliżu dużo lokalnych sklepików. Ale co jest największym atutem tego miejsca to wspaniałe dziewczyny Kim i jej załoga. Miłe, uśmiechnięte, troszczą się o gości. Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu w tym małym hotelu. Życzymy naszym gospodarzom zdrowia i wielu zadowolonych turystów. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie Anna, Ela i Tomasz.

Good budget stay to enjoy Hoi An
Pros:

Lots of space, nice roof terraces,

Cons:

The aircon was working but sadly not controllable and so it could be a slightly warmer during the day and way to cold during night with the thin blankets. Bicycles are not as great as at other places, they need maintenance, just like the aircon. But its manageable, just need to were cloth at night like in winter.

Friendly, comfortable, kind
Pros:

Breakfast included, and came with a drink and fruit bowl. The staff were so wonderfully kind and warm - it made me feel very comfortable. They also gave great recommendations on places to visit. Free bikes too!

Cons:

There were a lot of bugs - spiders, beetles, mosquitos, etc. But I appreciate that this is completely out of their control and is about being in a Vietnamese environment, not a reflection of the hotel

Great homestay! Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The host and staff are super nice and lovely and try to help you with everything they can. It’s nice that you can rent bikes for free and also have dinner in the house restaurant. Breakfast is included and simple. Even though there are quite a few rooms close to each other it was peaceful and quiet.

Cons:

It wasn’t clear to us airport shuttle would cost extra. But to be fair, it wasn’t more expensive than a grab car.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and warm. It was like coming home. Restaurant on site with good prices as well as cocktails. The room was large clean, and comfortable. Shower was huge, separate from toilet.

Kim est très accueillante et a été adorable, toujours disponible pour nous cuisiner quelque chose! Le petit déjeuner est excellent
Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'environnement très calme.

Cons:

La maison est assez éloignée du centre d'Hoi an mais on ne peut pas avoir le calme et la proximité.
Nous avions réservé la coconut villa en tant que villa entière. En fait il s'agit de l'hôtel et non d'une Villa. C'est bien de le savoir car ce n'était pas clair dans l'annonce. Et la piscine "privée" est celle de l'hôtel qui donne sur le restaurant de Kim.
