Bibi a été super pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits.Excellent petit dejeuner, location de vélo, bonne adresse d'un coiffeur, bonne adresse d'une cabine de massage, tjrs prêt à rendre service tjrs avec mesure. Nous y avons rencontrer 2 autres français aussi ravis que nous de l'hôtel.

Pros:

Propriétaire très gentille et serviable. Nous avons pu prolonger notre séjours sans problème ainsi que louer un scooter ou des vélos directement avec elle. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et la chambre est propre et agréable.

Voor iedereen die naar Hoi An gaat zou ik dit verblijf zeker aanraden. Bibi is zo’n aardige vrouw! Ze heeft een taxi voor ons geboekt om ons op te halen van het vliegveld in Da Nang naar haar verblijf en gaf goede tips voor in en over de omgeving. Als ontbijt zou ik voor de bananenpannenkoek gaan, erg lekker! We voelde ons er thuis.

Obiekt prowadzi przemiła rodzina. Śniadania są pyszne i można naprawdę poczuć się jak w domu dzięki atmosferze, która tam panuje. Pokój jak i cały obiekt są utrzymane w perfekcyjnej czystości. W pokoju są udogodnienia takie jak suszarka czy podstawowe środki higieniczne. Lokalizacja jest świetna - bardzo cicha i przyjemna okolica, jednocześnie dosłownie chwilę spacerem od starego miasta.

W podstawowej wersji pokoju nie ma okna - nam osobiście to bardzo nie przeszkadzało - ale uważam, że informacja ta powinna być zawarta na bookingu w nazwie pokoju tak by każdy był świadomy na co się pisze.

Bardzo miła właścicielka służyła pomocą w organizacji pobytu, wypożyczeniu rowerów, transferu na lotnisko. Śniadania serwowane w apartamencie były proste ale wystarczające. Okolica cicha ale bezpośrednio przy najważniejszych miejscach w Hoi an.

Memorable stay
Pros:

The location of the property was great. Easy walking distance to the Old Town and lots of restaurants in the area. The best thing about our stay was the hospitality of Nam, the owner. We arrived back one day while she was having a celebration lunch with family and friends and she insisted that we sit down and enjoy a meal with them. It was a lovely experience. She serves a nice breakfast and a great coffee and can book any tours cheaper than online. She also arranged bicycle rentals. A lovely place to stay. Whenever you asked her for something, she would say Don’t worry, be happy.
