Pros:

Skvělá lokalita, vynikající snídaně - dostali jsme snídaňové menu k výběru - měli jsme palačinky a omeletu - výborné!
Paní majitelka byla skvělá, mohli jsme si u ní nechat batohy před check-inem (kdy nás ještě pohostila čajem) i po check-outu, domluvila nám taxi, praní prádla, půjčení kol, dala tipy do města i na kolo a kde se najíst. Pomohla nám s místním ovocem a půjčila k tomu nádobí. Mluví výborně anglicky a je velmi flexibilní a nápomocná.
Hned vedle ubytování je nejlepší Bánh mi, co jsme zatím ve Vietnamu měli.

Cons:

Napoprvé jsme ubytování přešli - je před ním široký chodník, vchod je trochu zastrčený. Doptali jsme se pana souseda a ten nás už navedl.
Pokoj neměl okno, ale měli jsme balkon s posezením do otevřeného prostoru chodby v domě, který okno z velké části vynahradil.

The property was clean and in a great location, everything was within walking distance. Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful owner/management. Good room.
Pros:

This is a bed and breakfast hotel... looks just like a hotel, but it is operated by the very friendly owner. Even though the walking distance is a little far, they owner and room itself made it very pleasant. The owner speaks multiple languages, including English/USA very well. When I had an issue... she would immediately act on it. There is no elevator, but it is only three floor hotel. The value and friendliness made up for the walking distance and elevator. Restaurant right next door is good.

Cons:

The walking distance to old downtown Hoi An seems to be at least 3/4 of a mile. Not too terribly bad, but walking in June in Da Nang with the heat can be daunting.

Emplacement très pratique proche de tout. Propriétaire disponible, le petit déjeuner est varié et bon.

Cons:

Lit un peu dure.
Climatisation qui manque un peu de fraîcheur.

Pros:

La colazione era veramente buona, la camera pulita, e la posizione super centrale. La propietaria è gentilissima e disponibile per tutto! Veramente top

Cons:

Nulla, unico consiglio quello di mettere nel letto anche un lenzuolo superiore :) potrebbe fare comodo

Piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità della titolare e della sua famiglia. Vicinanza alla città vecchia. Colazione preparata al.momento dalla proprietaria. Per qualsiasi richiesta di spostamenti, gite massaggi la proprietaria fornisce ampia disponibilità e consiglia al meglio.

В принципе, за такую цену, отлично. Но о том, что нет окна, нужно предупреждать.
Pros:

Приветливый персонал и потрясающе вкусный завтрак. Хорошее расположение. В номере есть все необходимое.

Cons:

Номер был без окна!!! Хотя в описании было указано «Вид на город»! А мне катастрофически нужен дневной свет. Вечером было шумно, видимо рядом какое-то развлекательное заведение. К ночи всё стихло.
