Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr günstiger Preis.

Cons:

Wie man auf Bewertungen hereinfallen kann. Mehr will ich dazu nicht sagen.
Auf zwei Dinge muss jedoch hingewiesen werden, weil sie aus der Beschreibung nur unzureichend oder gar zu erkennen sind und ggfs. für Allergiker wichtig sein können.
1. Es wird ein Nichtraucherzimmer angeboten, in der Wohnung selbst wird geraucht.
2. Es leben Katzen im Haushalt. Auf diesen Umstand wird erst nach erfolgter Buchung in einer separaten Mail hingewiesen.

Pros:

Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Kaffeemaschine und den Wasserkocher finde ich sehr praktisch. Das Bett fand ich ebenfalls bequem.
