Pros:

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Das Appartement war ruhig. Nur das Bett knarrte wie ein alter Kahn.

Cons:

Der Schimmelgeruch im Hauflur und das knarrende Bett.

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter
Zu meinem Pech war ausgerechnet bei meiner Ankunft die ganze Gegend wegen einer Bombenentschärfung gesperrt. Der Vermieter hielt mich über den Stand der Arbeiten auf dem Laufenden und holte mich in der Sammelunterkunft ab.

Cons:

Die Gegend ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel, aber etwas weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, mit dem Auto oder Rad kein großes Problem
