Für einen geruhsame Aufenthalt eine schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer im EG mit großer Wohnküche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit 2 weiteren Gästen.
Schöne Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung.
Freundliche, hilfsbereite deutsch sprechende Vermieter, die im Haus leben.

Cons:

Schade ist, dass die Busanbindung eher schlecht ist.
Ohne Mietauto ist man dort wenig flexibel.

No ponía nada de que era compartido el piso encima de no querer quedarme no me devuelven el dinero y se queda con el dinero de la estancia de gratis el amigo

Nice stay
Pros:

Dirk was very friendly and helpful. The price was unbeatable. Calm beach in walking distance.

Cons:

In general, everything was good. It was quite most of the time. However, sometimes there were surrounding noise from motorbike, people disposing glasswares around midnight. Of course there's nothing the owner could do about it. I would recommend using earplugs during sleep.

Highly recommend
Pros:

The Ocean and a beach are near and the bed was super confortable. Very silent area, lots of small cannyons and desert land. There is a gorgeous terrace on the roof top with a wonderful view of Teide! The host was also great, very helpful during our whole stay.

Cons:

One litte minus is some smell coming from outside the building in the mornin.. But ok
