La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación no dispone de condiciones para que el huesper se sienta comodo. No tenia aire acondicionado, TV. No la recomendaria

Habitación muy dejada,sin tele ni prácticamente ningún servicio.
Apenas sale agua de la ducha,y sin seguro en la puerta del baño.

So it’s noisy but normal due to being in city centre .
The owner comes to check the apartment and clean also I stayed for 6 days and for 5 days straight there builders hammering , paint , looking at other rooms , no one told me nothing they just show up in the morning and one day they stayed until 20:30-21:00 in the evening that was very uncomfortable for me while I was watching tv in living room . The owner didn’t even bother to text me to say that builders are coming while I’m staying there when you have guest you wouldn’t have builders over . The guest that stayed in room 3 they were smoking cigarettes and weed , in the kitchen seating on the kitchen floor eating smoking in the living room . I had to open the window .

La ubicación y facilidad para acceder.

Cons:

Esperábamos, quizá pq vimos las fotos deprisa, un apartamento y solo era una habitación dentro de un piso con más habitaciones y más personas, por lo que todas las zonas eran comunes. La casa tiene posibilidades y una pequeña inversión para modernizarlo ayudaría

Pros:

Nulla, il letti sono scomodissimi. Le stanze sono piccolissime

Cons:

Il bagno era terribile, in più tutto sporco. Neanche un bagno dell’ospedale. La camera aveva già i cuscini sporchi quando siamo arrivati. La porta della stanza non si chiudeva bene

Bad condition this apartment..for 70€ very minimal..they only care about getting money from people but they don't give any good condition.. very basic, old and ugly room..🤢
