I have booked a room in good location for 2 nights and I reached the location by 9.30pm, it was all dark inside and everyone was sleeping at that time, so I went to the room (room #1) and as soon as I entered the room, I found few ants on the floor, I just ignored that and ordered some food and used a chair in the room, after my dinner I went to bed and within few minutes I started feeling itching all over body, I tried to sleep but due to severe itching I just checked the Bed and found out the sheets were not at all clean and found some hair here and there, so I understood the sheets were not washed, so around 1.00am in the midnight I called one of my friend and left the place immediately, I send an email immediately regarding this to booking.com. as a first time user of this site I have no idea that just email isn't enough but I need to cancel the reservation. So didn't recieved any refund and no apology from the Good location team. I suffered a night's stay and made my friend suffer too to pick me in the midnight, highly disappointed with the service from booking.com and Good location. Will never use this app or recommend this to anyone. All the money around 240 dollars got wasted in addition to all the discomfort caused by them.

No breakfast. Location OK.

Cons:

Tiny, cramped room. No waste basket in room and only a tiny one in bathroom. Signs in bedroom and bathroom saying you had to provide your own toilet paper - this was not clear in web description. Dangerous low step on front porch - I fell on it in the dark.

This is not a hotel, it is an Airbnb.
Pros:

Easy entry. Well labeled. My bed was comfortable enough.

Cons:

What I didn't like was thinking I was going to an Airbnb. I thought booking.com only had hotels for staying. If I wanted to pay 50% of the room cost for cleaning fees, I would have gone to an Airbnb. There was only one towel for two people. There was no explanation about needing to take the random roll of toilet paper to the bathroom that was in our room. 4 bedrooms and 2-4 people in each room sharing 1 bathroom. There was no floor mat when stepping out of the bathtub/shower. There was no air-conditioning and thankfully there was a fan, but the way the room was set up only one of us could use the fan.

Would stay again.
Pros:

The room was really clean and comfortable, big space, everything is marqued so it's easy to know were to go and what to do. The kitchen was good and the owner responded really quickly.

Cons:

There's actually nothing that I didn't like about the place, just the price. I think it was a little bit expensive. But other than that all good.
