the room not really clean, i found some nimfph (small or young cockroach) on bed and bath room. The carpet and the window curtain looks very dirty.
Not much option for breakfast and taste not satisfying. People smoking on resto while childrens are eating

The location is perfect. Close to all the malls and not far from the train station and from the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer you a great service. After one night they gave me a free upgrade to a superior room. And the massage on the 5th floor is amazing. Thank you so much guys. I will never forget my stay and recommend staying at the Gino Feruci Kebonjati when visiting Bandung. Hope to see you again.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no hot water for a shower, which was very inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, making it hard to use. On top of that, the room was dirty and not well-maintained. I do not recommend this place.

Bad service

This was by far one of the WORST hotels we’ve ever stayed in our lodging experience and not even exaggerating.
Overall beat up/run-down condition in room & very outdated, poorly maintained.
Dirty & gross(stains in bathroom & toilet seat lid was completely missing, toilet doesn’t flush anything other than fluids)
Carpets stained, nasty boogers on walls of first room before requesting a new room due to filth of the room, Filthy shower and very slow draining bathroom sink. We didn’t even take shower because of the unhygienic condition.
The room was dusty and the carpet smells moldy.
The only plus thing was it is near(10mins) the Bandung train Station.
This hotel does not meet the criteria for four-star hotel, more like a 3 -star.
We would NOT recommend staying here.

The hotel concept is quietly classic with oriental touch in the next resto . the room also large and clean . Their hospistality is first class . from the first time we're check in untill we're check out the staff is helping us a lot . especially the lobby ambassador mr. julian she is verry nice, kind and helping us a lot . recomended to stay at gino feuci kebonjati .

Thankyou gino feruci kebonjati for the service . The staff are verry kind and nice . They having a big room . The facilities are completed but there's a lot under maintenance so we can't used . the breakfast also good enough . parking area also large .

The hotel needs a lot of improvements in every area. I was staying in a superior room. The room was not really in good maintenance. I was in transit before moving to another part of Bandung and had a lot of not-so-convenient stay experiences.

1. The bathroom:
The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned up properly. A lot of stains on the bathroom wall. The bathroom's door handle was broken. No door lock. There were not so many amenities in the bathroom. The towel didn't seem to be washed properly or had been on the rack for a very long time.

2. The AC was leaking. It kept dripping on the carpet the entire night. Made me have a hard time sleeping because of the sound from the drip.

3. The carpet didn't seem to be vacuumed for a very long time. Very dirty and had a lot of cigarette burns.

4. The bed was not too comfy to sleep on and the bed sheet probably had not been changed either. Cause I had some kind of bug bites when I woke up.

Would have been great if the hotel were cleaned up properly as the location is pretty convenient to get around with.

Horrible room and hotel

Terrible. Dirty, no maintenance at all. Beware, the pictures of the rooms don’t resemble the real thing. Never again. Breakfast OK, nothing special but correct. Friendly staff, but they don’t understand English well.

部屋でのWifi 環境が悪いです。
これは個人差ですが、食事、コーヒーのクオリティーが低いです。
スタッフの感じが良いので、インフラや食事のせいで、評価が悪くなるのが残念です。

I had one night in Bandung before setting out for Jakarta the next day. Since I would be traveling by train, I chose a hotel near the train station. The hotel was not bad.

Food is good, towels need to be replace, parking is very narrow...

夕方になっても清掃も終らない。結構古い。トレペも補給しない。
