Location is great, the room is excellent, big, cozy, amazing view. The host is very nice and gives a lot of good tips!

Posizione eccellente a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e defiilata rispetto al flusso turistico con numerose trattorie vicine,. Camera ampia con vista canale. Possibilità di farsi il caffè in reception con cialde. Estrema cortesia dei gestori.

Todo perfecto, maravilloso lugar.

Siamo stati molto bene, il posto è proprio di fronte ad un canale, la zona tranquilla rispetto ad altre zone ma ben collegata, la proprietà molto accogliente e disponibile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Wow! What an incredible experience in Venice! It was our third time there, and the best yet. Cannaregio is such a lovely neighborhood. Full of restaurants, cafes, views of the Gulf of Venice, and without the intense hustle and bustle of neighborhoods nearer St Mark’s, Rialto, and the train station

And yet everything was easily walkable. The only time we took a Vaporetto was on a morning trip to Burano (at our host’s recommendation).

We visited all of her favorite gelato places and restaurants and agreed with the rave reviews. Especially Grom gelato right in the train station who would’ve thought that would be the best?!

The room was lovely. Well appointed and clean. And an insane view of the canal from our balcony. It’s a teeny balcony but just perfect for an early morning reading nook or late night people watching.

Noises and nightlife in this neighborhood are minimal. We felt more like locals than tourists.

The hosts were lovely and easy to communicate with. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the canal. Heating and A/C worked well.

Great location. Walking distance from the train station. Close to Aparetto station, right downstairs. Great view of the canal. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean and a lot of space! Will come back again if we come to Venice in the future.
Great amenities! A small breakfast area outside our room with microwave and fridge, providing extra place to relax if we need.

Absolutely adorable place to stay! Perfect location and a perfect view! Jennifer was incredibly helpful! We were really confused about how to get to the airport on time late at night, and she took extra time to understand our situation and save the day! We can’t wait to visit this beautiful city and stay at Venezia Canal View again. Jennifer’s energy and kindness truly took this trip to the next level!

Siamo rimasti contentissimi della struttura sotto ogni aspetto.
La posizione è eccellente, rimane di fronte alla fermata per prendere il battello, è in una posizione ottima anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Venezia, è bella soprattutto se girata a piedi ed è possibile.
Quello che ci ha fatto molto piacere è stata la gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolti. Ha fornito consigli utili, era sinceramente gentile e disponibile
