I booked this room because my house is filling up for the holidays and this was the perfect escape I needed
Pros:

It was quiet, comfortable the other people living. There were very nice and made me feel very welcome. My room was very comfortable and the facilities had everything I needed 10/10

Cons:

I can’t say that I did not like anything, but I am waiting for another room to open up with a bathroom on the inside of it in that house because I feel like it would be even better lol

Pros:

I like just about everything about the property itself! It looks really nice and feels homey despite the smaller size.

Cons:

The parking situation confused us a bit, but that could have been an us problem. The bed in the room itself is a little loud, making loud squeaking every time we move on the bed.

Everything is perfect. The host is so enthusiasm. The room is clean

Cons:

The bathroom is downstairs. The floor is okay but you need to bring sandal or flipflop to wear so more comfortable. The noise of the bed, so noisy. When you or your partner light movement, the sound of the bed will turn on ^^.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was very clean, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything I needed—including Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I had an amazing time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Within a walking distance to Publix grocery store and a nice mexican restaurant!

Pros:

Convenient price and location. It was clean, and the bathroom and amenities were nice. Nice kitchen and laundry area. Felt safe with the auto locked doors for the bedroom/bathroom.

Cons:

Tiny room. Bed was noicy and not comfortable, bathroom downstairs, no space in refrigerator due to assumed long-term guests or people who live there. There was a quiet time curfew that other guests didn't observe.. Parking was not ideal either, and there was an area where homeless people gathered at the end of the street.

It was exactly what I need for the stay!
Pros:

I really like that I had a place I felt safe leaving my belongings during the day while I was away at a conference! The bed was comfortable and the shower downstairs was exceptional except the one morning I ran out of hot water! The Host was super responsive! And the fellow guest were incredible loved the conversation and hospitality they extended!

Cons:

The window of the room looked like it could be push in but didn’t bother me during the stay because it was on the second floor! The first night I stayed there the uber driver just warned me to be aware of my surroundings if I choose to walk in the neighborhood! But I felt safe throughout the stay!

It's totally worth the price!
