Posizione
Ok. The main appeal of this hotel is being located a farther away from the touristy madness of Pamukkale. The building serves as both a hotel and a local residence, so your room will probably be in an apartment style. We stayed here in the winter/off season, and received a bit lesser quality than expected. The room was wonderfully large. We had plenty of space for our luggage, a full kitchen (not furnished) and balcony.
The town's water system is reliant on the thermal spring, so there will be mineral chunks in your tub/shower. It's not dirty! It's natural. :)
There are 2 front desk managers, and both are very kind and helpful. Again, we stayed here in off season, so the lobby/front desk area closed after all guests checked in.
Warning! - If you decide to leave for the evening, make sure you find out how to get back in the building! We had to ask a resident to let us in since lobby was closed.
The location is by far better for people who choose to stay away from the Pamukkale tourist Trap. The Karahayit hot springs are a 5 minute walk away, and the neighborhood is safe and quite lovely. This would be an ideal place to stay in the summer time!
Unfortunately we did not have access to hot water for the night. The manager suggested to let the water run for a few minutes, but the temperature never increased. The managers tried their best to help, but I think we were just unlucky. They told us the next day that they are currently working improving the pipes during the off season.
amazing unlimited hit mineral water in a tub in our room to make our own hot spring!
alley next door to access the area with restaurants etc.
easy parking.
great place!
Stayed one night, the bed was comfortable and the room is big.
The water available is only thermal, so it tastes really bad when you brush your teeth and the smell is also a little strange. The shower area is a shower + tile bath which is not comfortable if you want just a quick shower and can be a problem to enter if you are older / disabled. The toilet flush does a lot of noise after you flush - we thought it was leaking at first, but it happened every time.
It’s the spandorectly in your bathroom. It could be convinient for people who just want to have some privacy. Very polite and helpful owner. Nice simple stay here for visiting pamukalle.
Location.
Its too close to the road. And the air conditioner is too loud.
It's a great location if you are visiting Pamukkale, as it is just a quick ride away. It's also located on a street with a late night market if you like that kind of thing. A nice simple place to stay.
The property was very clean and well maintained despite the dirtier looking street that it was located on.
There was limited hot water, and some of the group had to shower in cold water.
nice new hotel
The room is spacious and clean. The location was excellent and close to the thermal pools.
The bathroom, the tub is old and made constant weird noise.
I liked the thermal bath in the room. The owner is very friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is very central near shopping streets and restaurants
The hotel has an motion sensors for all its lightings in the common area hence it is rather dark.
Very lovely room - clean, spacious, pretty interior. Especially liked the bathroom with hot spring water. Balcony was nice, saw the Pamukkale hot air ballons in the morning. Right in the city center, parking available in front of the hotel, 5 min by car to northern Pamukkale parking lot. Would book again!
The staff was really helpful and the room was exceptionally well clean and spacious. We also had our own space in a communal balcony area, other guests were very friendly. It was near the main market street, but a little hidden, so it was very quiet at night.
The only issues were that the room was very hot, making it difficult to sleep at night (in early October), and the curtains were transparent, so some light came in as well.
