Incredible peaceful scenery. Great stay
Pros:

The views are absolutely stunning, the staff are so friendly and the food was delicious.

Cons:

Unfortunately the surrounding areas are not very safe as multiple men tried asking to take my wife home with them. A lot of creepy local men near the warungs.

Most peaceful place to stay in Bali
Pros:

Waking up to the beautiful rice fields was a highlight of my trip. The location is a bit far from Ubud, but that's okay, especially if you are looking for peace. The property was so quiet, it's a pocket of peace in Bali. The property was brand new or newly renovated. I will definitely stay here again!

Cons:

Be sure to pin the location on a map because taxis and grabs always had a hard time finding the property. It's not really walking distance to anything but the property can help you arrange a taxi.

Great space for a few days stay.
Pros:

Clean/ modern/ comfortable/ staff were amazing/ breakfast was lovely. View of the rice terraces/ ambience.

Cons:

No bottled water in rooms/ not close to warungs to walk for dinner. You can get a car though through GOJEK or grab.

best choice for Ubud
Pros:

the private Villa is amazing ! they have scooter so you reach Ubud in 15min. nothing wrong to choose them for your stay. if i go Ubud again this will be my place to stay!

Better don’t book this accommodation .

We didn't like anything at all .

Cons:

As a frequent Bali traveler I never had a bad experience like that .
The landlord doesn't seem to have understood the spirit of rental business .
He/she reacts very unfriendly to inquiries. He charges horrendous extra money for ridiculous extras. The accommodation is almost impossible to find. At the end of a construction street in bad condition.
The condition of the villa is still under construction. There is rubbish everywhere.
I would not recommend anyone to book the accommodation.
There are many, many accommodations in Bali with much more warmth and better value for money.
