Everything was great for the energetic and backpacker styled traveller or/and even for families.

the host christie and her pet muffin are both very lovely, made me feel at home and was helpful with everything from finding guides to taxi drivers. Shes also a wonderful cook. the place is priced well, fcilities are simple but comfortable. would definitely visit again

The rooms were neat and clean. Even the shared washroom was spacious and surprisingly well-maintained. The house is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Christie is a wonderful host, always helpful and a delight to interact with. She suggested places to visit, shared contacts of tour/taxi operators for exploring other parts of Nagaland, and provided great local recommendations. She’s also a fantastic cook. Absolutely loved the food here!

It's a sweet little home away from home which is managed by lovely host Christy. She sorted out all my days I was in kohima along with the commute.
I was clueless before travelling to Nagaland, she assured me about sorting out for me, and she did.
The property is in a quiet area of Kohima. 20-25 min walk from the main market or 5-10 min away using a vehicle.
Mapple homestay will definitely be my first choice whenever I will be in Kohima.

Staying with Christi was one of the highlights of my travels. A delightful, warm and smiling hostess whose aim is her guest's happiness. Fluent English so we had some wonderful, interesting conversations - I learned a lot about Angami culture and history of the region. Don't miss her cooking which is FABULOUS ... full of flavour, easy on the spice. The accomodation is good value - a large room with shared bathroom with plenty of hot water. About a 25 minute walk to Bamboo Mkt. Maple Homestay is priced for the budget traveller (shared bathroom) but her hospitality and cooking should be a draw for all budgets.

Christie didi was very warm and welcoming. Making the stay comfortable and made really great food aswell.
She also helped with dzuko guide and nearby tourist attractions

It was like being at home. Cristy is very kind person and her sis also. Food was great and her pet dog (muffin) is so cute ☺️

Loved the Hospitality and Food. Whether you want to eat the local cuisine or want something that's close to your home, Christi got you covered. She also helps you with any information you need about Kohima and rest of Nagaland. I'd recommend Maple Homestay 10/10.

The stay was a home away from home. The best part was the food made by Christie. Although my stay was short but i thoroughly enjoyed it!
